The Desire of Your Brain and How to Get along with It

Human brain is not created for modern lifestyle. Let's say it as it is the most likely the best description of the countermeasure to the title in this topic.

Any creatures including human beings evolve with the environment surrounding them. But the challenging part is us living such a strenuous environment cannot change our brain as easily as we study in a science laboratory. 

But at the least, to understand how our brain works render us to manage ourself from such factors. 

First, the thinking process of our brain are categorized two systems. One is fast, which is executed intuitively, effortless, and unconsciously. e.g. what you eat when you're starving, find palatable foods, want to sleep.

The other process is rather slow, rational, and conscious. e.g. when you attempt to purchase pricy products, make an important decision, seek to achieve your long-term objectives.

I actually read a book and learned some medical terms that break down what kind of hormones are secreted when we encounter  a specific situation. But in the aftermath, in my opinion, we should try to be a little bit more rational than before reading this article. 

Lastly, I'd like to divulge how to quickly make your mind when you have quite a few options from what I've got through living outside of Japan. It's better choose what seems interesting when you first meet the object, and if you feel like it's attractive, quickly consider if you can do it or not in terms of the risk you may face. The crucial thing is you don't want to overestimate the result what you may have. Just think about wether you want or not, you can or cannot. Do not think if you should do it or not at least you have certain aim that you want to pursue at the time.
