Disaster occurred in Taiwan

About the earthquake occurred in Taiwan. I think it devastated like one occured in Noto peninsula. I want not it to happen again, but I can't control when natural disaster happen, it is irritate for me.
I may have to think it unavoidable fact as long as living in Japan, surrounded by volcano and plate.
By the way, it seems there being  idea called "Gensai", which means to decrease disaster.
It is primary thought against disaster.
It is important to think how to avoid when happening it. First, it was thought important to prepare for emergency food.
It tend to perplex when occuring it, and fails dealing  with your thought.
My familiy also prepare for emegency bag putting many items.
I want to donate money to Taiwan, for they helped us when Noto's earthquake.
I like asian culture, also likes Taiwan.
I want to go to see Taiwan, getting able to speak Chinese.
