I'm around 50 and work in IT.
I will write a small tips that seems to be useful when doing a large-scale project or a difficult project.
I may stop writing when I get bored, but I will continue to write, including my own memorandums.

About the minutes.
For example, if we want to keep a good record, such as a press conference at a central government agency, we need to write the minutes properly.
For small meetings, there is no need to write down the minutes.
In such a case, write about three lines and send it by chat saying, "I will send you a memo for the meeting."
・Today, the people concerned agreed on how to proceed with ○○.
・Next, △△ prepares the draft materials.
・For the next meeting, we will send you the candidate date from ■■.
There is quite a lot of content even in three lines.
"What did you decide?" "What will you do next?"
If you write even just one line, you will be able to organize yourself.
I think people who want to write a lot should write
But I think there are times when you can finish with three lines!
