　日本は「性善説」の国。「建前」の国。「偽善」の国。イジメが起きても加害者たちは厚く保護されて、事実上なにも罰せられない。被害者は、たとえ殺されても再調査を求めるくらいしかできない。なぜなら、教師、学校、教育委員会は隠ぺいするから。
　イギリスは防犯カメラが多い国。学校にもあり監視している。加害者の親に罰則がある。 フランスでは被害者が不登校になれば、因果関係が認められた加害者は禁固最大５年、約1000万円の罰金。 アメリカは小学生でも犯罪歴がつく州がある。韓国は加害者の強制転校や退学処分が可能。
　どうして日本は加害者ばかり保護するのだろう。
　Japan is a country of "goodness of character". Japan is a country of "Tatemae. Japan is a country of hypocrisy. Even when bullying occurs, the perpetrators are given extensive protection and virtually no punishment is meted out. Victims, even if they are killed, can only ask for a re-investigation. This is because teachers, schools, and school boards cover it up.
　The UK is a country with many security cameras. Even schools are monitored. There are penalties for the parents of the perpetrators. In France, if the victim is not attending school, the perpetrator who is found to be causally related to the victim is imprisoned for up to five years and fined approximately 10 million yen. In the U.S., some states have criminal records even for elementary school students. In South Korea, the perpetrator can be forcibly transferred to another school or expelled from school.
