#24 不快犯

片田舎の高校生だった私は、毎日無人駅を利用していた。駅まで自転車で30分。田んぼの中の道を行くと途中に川があり、橋を渡る。朝もやの中、蓮根畑の花が咲いた日には、ほぼ極楽浄土と化す。

たまに蛙や亀や蛇や獣に遭遇する。生きていることもあれば車に轢かれて死んでいることもある。車は滅多に通らないのになぜ事故る？都会はあんなに車が多いのになぜ事故らない？未だに謎。

駅には簡素な待合室とトイレがあったが、虫の巣窟なので遠慮したい空間。いつからか、壁に落書きがあった。スプレーで描かれたような都会的なものではない。横たわる裸の女性の下半身が鉛筆の素朴なタッチで描かれている。

これは芸術か否か？

落書きは器物損壊になるのだろうが、バンクシーは世界に認められている。猥褻か？これが猥褻なら、ルノワールもマティスも R指定だろう。宮沢りえの『Santa Fe』はどうなる？

芸術って何だろうな。

今なら、SNSにあげて世界中の反応を見ることが出来る。無名の投稿を見る人の数と無人駅の利用者の数、どちらが多いかは知らないが。

私の推理では、あの落書きの犯人は未成年だ。大人は滅多に鉛筆を使わないので。

#24 Unpleasant criminal

As a high school student in the countryside, I used an unmanned station every day.  It takes 30 minutes by bicycle to the station. Going on the  road in the rice field, there is a river on the way and I cross the bridge. On the day the lotus root fields bloomed in the morning mist, it turns almost paradise pure land.

Sometimes I encountered frogs, turtles, snakes, and beasts. Sometimes they were alive, sometimes they were dead, after being hit by a car. Why did they have an accident although cars rarely pass by here? There are so many cars in the city, why don't they have an accident? It's still a mystery.

There was a simple waiting room and toilet at the station, but it was a nest of insects, so it was a space I want to refrain from.

At some point, there was graffiti on the wall. It was not an urban thing like the one drawn with a spray. The lower body of the lying naked woman was drawn with a simple touch of a pencil.

Is this art or not?

Graffiti will be property damage, but Banksy is recognized by the world. Obscene? ? If this is obscene, Renoir and Matisse should be R-designated. What will happen to Rie Miyazawa's "Santa Fe"?

What is art?

Now, we can post it on SNS and see the reactions from all over the world. However, I don't know which is more, the number of people who see anonymous posts or the number of users of unmanned stations.

According to my reasoning, the culprit of that graffiti is probably a minor. Because adults rarely use pencils.
