Today I memorised the word ‘sweltering’ to describe too hot and humid summer day. Knowing a new term is always a great feeling, but a sweltering summer day isn’t, though.
And, I’ve got an email informing me that I had won the right to read the proofs of a newly translated mystery novel! How lucky I am!
I thought I wasn't the type of person born under the lucky star, but this year I've been blessed. Thanks for everything to make it happen. I wish I could have one more fortune if it’s not too greedy... it might be too much, but... I’m crossing my fingers. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
