He tells the simple way to be present: Stepping back and familiarizing yourself with the present moment. We don't have to sit in uncomfortable positions, he says. Being present allows us to be focus and calm, and give clarity in our life.

I often take 10 min to meditate. I have felt that the power of meditation. It makes me calm. I can find awareness, take a good sleep. However, when I am exhausted. I don't feel like taking the time though I think meditation is also good for release tiredness.
From this presentation, I learned being present is less difficult than I thought. I guess I can do this. Umm, maybe I was too perfectionist...
