思っていることを英語で書いてみて、運が良ければ複数人が読んでくれる。このありがたさに乗じて書いているうちに、社会的なことにも挑戦できるようになった。
These days I write what is in my head in English, which not a few readers capture when I’m lucky.

アメリカでは大統領選挙の真っ只中だ。民主党も共和党も候補者が高齢代議士で、認知能力テストを受ける受けないの論争もある。政治も高齢化に苦しんでいる。
People in America find their presidential election an extreme excitement and entertainment, which is the current subject or theme around the globe.
Both Democratic candidate and Republic counterpart are elderly seniors, who are in the argument that old people should take a cognitive examination.
America’s political affairs has been suffering from an aging social problem, we assume.

60年前のアメリカは44歳の大統領が社会の改革をめざして奮闘していた。志半ばにして彼は帰らぬ人となった。アメリカは熱い意気込みを持つ者を殺す歴史がある。
About six decades before, a 44-year-old President had struggled to reconstruct his corrupt and exhausted America both in the political and economic viewpoint.
Unfortunately, he was assassinated before he arrived at his destination, which reminds us of the famous phrase that America has the history that someone hostile would kill a pacifist with an enthusiastic passion.

There are several important politicians who were killed by assassins : Martin Luther King, Robert Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln and so on.
A pacifist might have been considered as someone burdensome from malicious controllers.
A fixer has a good command of his surroundings from behind the scene, so that he could kill someone.

Someone must have had a murderous impulse and have wanted to eliminate him from this globe, which hasn’t been open to the public.

日本で44歳の新鋭が総理大臣になることはない。裏金で私腹を肥やした高齢政治家が地盤を息子に譲渡する。それはいいけど相続税はきちんと払ってますかね。
It might be almost impossible for our society to have a 44-year-old prime minister because an elderly wealthy LDP Diet member with “secret money” would pass on his property to his descendants.
That’s OK, but these members should have paid their inheritance taxation.

John Kennedy died young, which is almost legendary.
He was too pacifist a man to bring America to the hell.
