Harushika “春鹿” Onikiri extra dry sake 2
This is categorized into Junmai, meaning pure sake with no milling rate specified.
And It has 18% of an alcohol content, so it’s quite stronger than others.
What a nice sake it is ! I love it !
Harushika “春鹿” Onikiri extra dry sake
It tastes very dry and crisp. I really like its clear taste!
Also, the label is quite cool. The kanji in red shows Oni, meaning a demon.

The label has a nice design indicating Nara with mountains and a building, Pagoda.
This tasty sake is Ginjyo-shu with at least 40% of rice polished, the label shows “60%” though. It’s just a trickery

It’s really special !
Also “Yamadanishiki”, top quality rice is used for it.

This has just 5% of an alcohol content, so it’s not strong.
It’s good for those who don’t drink alcohol a lot.
It’s really tasty. Give it a try!

I guess this is one of new waves unlike traditional ones,
and it’s good with a light meal.
Awa “あわ“ refers to Sparkling. What a nice name it is !

It tastes really sweet and fruity like a cocktail.
I’ve never had a sparkling one. Fantastic!
Yatagarasu “八咫烏” Jyunmai Ginjyo 3
The brand name “Yatagarasu” means mythical crow in Shinto.
And it’s famous locally for being used as the logo of National Soccer Team’s uniform of Japan.

I really like natural taste.

Sake is divided mainly four categories.
“Ginjyo” is higher grade. “60%” shows the degree of rice milling.
How rich it tastes ! I have some more.

It tastes quite strong and thick. My throat feels really hot !
I have this bit by bit. I can enjoy it during this week !
“Ginjyo” means quality Saki.
Tasting three brand Sake at Nara palace site
The restaurant at Nara palace site offers Tasting Sake.
It was really fun and they were quite reasonable.
