      This sake is brewed from the rice & the koji mold produced locally in Nara. It’s really special ! Also “Yamadanishiki”, top quality rice is used for it. What a nice sake this is !

        This is a limited in summer season. It tastes sweet and mature. This is just rice sweetness. I really like it !

          This has just 5% of an alcohol content, so it’s not strong. It’s good for those who don’t drink alcohol a lot. It’s really tasty. Give it a try!

          I guess this is one of new waves unlike traditional ones, and it’s good with a light meal. Awa “あわ“ refers to Sparkling. What a nice name it is !

          This a light and refreshing sake. It tastes really sweet and fruity like a cocktail. I’ve never had a sparkling one. Fantastic!

          This is categorized into Ginjyo, meaning quality sake. It’s a sake with at least 40% of rice polished away. What a tasty sake this is! I like it.

          It tastes rich-flavored and sharp a little. This is one of good sake I’ve ever had. I can’t stop having this, and I’d like it more !

          This is categorized into Junmai, meaning Pure Sake. It’ made of rice and Kouji mold only. How clear it is ! I really like natural taste.

          It tastes sweet and mild, and it has a nice flavour. I feel good ! Yamato means an ancient name of Japan.

          Sake is divided mainly four categories. “Ginjyo” is higher grade. “60%” shows the degree of rice milling. How rich it tastes ! I have some more.

          It tastes quite strong and thick. My throat feels really hot ! I have this bit by bit. I can enjoy it during this week ! “Ginjyo” means quality Saki.

          Tasting three brand Sake at Nara palace site

          The restaurant at Nara palace site offers Tasting Sake. It was really fun and they were quite reasonable. I tried Inaten “稲天”, Kisenjyu “貴仙寿” and Hasrushika “春鹿”. They were really tasty ! I want to come again !

          Taru “たる” Jyunmai Tarusake

          It really smells good. It’s kinds of flavour from forests. It tastes sharp a bit and rich. I like it ! Taru means a wooden barrel.

          This is pretty dry and smooth. it tastes very nice. I love it. Chou Karakuchi means super dry.
