In English conversation, what is generally said is to make sentences about yourself in simple English. However, this sounds easy, but it is difficult. Because I don't have a lot of information about myself.

For example, Make a simple sentence about yourself using "I need ~".
・I need more time.
・I need your help.
・I need more money.
・I need a new laptop.
…I can't think anymore.

Consider another example as well. Make a simple sentence about yourself using "I like ~".
・I like this song.
・I like dogs.
・I like sushi.
・I like yellow.
…I can't think anymore.

In this way, it ends in a few sentences and I can't make any more.
Therefore, I would like to recommend the following method.

Firstly, please choose one word. Any words are fine.
Then choose four words related to that word.
Combine the first word with four related words to form a sentence.

For example, I chose the word "travel".
The four related words are "plane" "train" "Kyoto" "Souvenir".
So, I make sentences using these five words.
"I traveled to Kyoto last year. I went by train instead of plane. I bought chopsticks as a souvenir."
As you can see, you can create many variations of the sentences.
In addition, you can associate more sentences.
"When I went to Kyoto, I saw a maiko for the first time in my life. I went in autumn, so I was able to see the beautiful autumn leaves."

今回紹介するのは、英会話のための英語学習法です。英会話において一般的に言われる事は、自分の事に関して簡単な英文章を作りなさいという事です。しかし、これは簡単そうで、難しいです。自分に関する事は情報が多くないからです。

例えば、[I need~（私は～が必要です）]を使って自分に関する簡単な文章を作ってみます。
・I need more time.（私はもっと時間が必要です。）
・I need your help.（私はあなたの助けが必要です。）
・I need more money.（私はもっとお金が必要です。）
・I need a new laptop.（私は新しいノートパソコンが必要です。）
…これ以上思いつきません。

同様に、違う例文を考えてみます。[I like~（私は～が好きです）]を使って自分に関する簡単な文章を作ってみます。
・I like this song.（私はこの曲が好きです。）
・I like dogs.（私は犬が好きです。）
・I like sushi.（私は寿司が好きです。）
・I like yellow.（私は黄色が好きです。）
…これ以上思いつきません。

このように、数個の文章で終わってしまい、これ以上作る事ができません。そこで、私がお勧めするのが次の方法です。

まず、ひとつの言葉を選んでください。言葉は何でも良いです。それからその言葉に関連する４つの事を選びます。それら５つの言葉を組み合わせて文章を作って下さい。

例えば、私が選んだのは"travel（旅行）"です。
これに関連する４つの言葉は"plane（飛行機）" "train（電車）" "Kyoto（京都）" "Souvenir（お土産）"です。
そして、それら５つの言葉を組み合わせて文章を作ります。
"I traveled to Kyoto last year. I went by train instead of plane. I bought chopsticks as a souvenir.（私は去年京都に旅行しました。飛行機ではなく電車で行きました。私はお土産としてお箸を買いました。）"
ご覧のように、様々な文章を作る事が可能です。
加えて、さらにかんれんした文章を作る事ができます。
"When I went to Kyoto, I saw a maiko for the first time in my life. I went in autumn, so I was able to see the beautiful autumn leaves.（京都に行った時に、私は産まれて初めて舞子さんを見ました。私は秋に行ったので、とても美しい紅葉を見る事ができました。）"
