サバンナの星、 流れ歌

砂の寄り合いは 、

2億兆個の星が、年に一回一斉に集まる日に執り行われます。

代表で、その年一番輝いた星が名誉ある流れ歌を発表します。
 (一番輝いたと言っても、時間の長さなのか、光の大きさなのか、
強さなのか、その時の話し合いと、厳正なる抽選で決められます。)

その年どしによって流行も違うので、
期待と驚きと喜びの心持ちで、皆が心を静めて聴き入ります。

その間、
砂の寄り合いは厳かに行われます。

さらさらと体を寄せ合い、こすり合わせ、
入れ替わり、舞い上がり、飛ばされ、
乾き、 輝くのです。

その様は、
まるで月光に照らされた錦鯉のようであり、
風に舞う満開の桜吹雪のようであり、
秋一面の麦畑の海のようであり、

全てを忘れ、
感動の輝きで全身が震えるのです。

砂は隕石出身の者、古代遺跡出身の者、地球誕生からの者、

古くからの者も新しい者も、
遠くからの者も近くからの者も、
自然発生の者も人工発生の者も、

川や海から運ばれてきた者、
山の噴火で生み飛ばされてきた者、
鳥の翼や動物の毛にくっついてきた者、

様々で寄り合って、
それぞれの話を始めるのです。

その時風は尊重的で、

砂の尊い話に寄り添い助け、記憶し、
星にも届くように橋渡しをします。

その返礼として

毎年星の流れ歌が奉納されるのです。

Stars of Savanna, Flow-Song

A meeting of sands is held once a year,

the day two million billion stars meet all together.

The representative for the shiniest star of the year
expresses an honour flow-song.

(Yet, they debate the meaning of "the shiniest star":　
Is it duration? radiance? strength? and decide it
by careful selection at the moment.)


Because the vogue changes each year,

they wait with expectation, surprise, and joy,
then emotions calm down and everyone listens attentively to the flow-song.

during that time,

the meeting of sands is held solemnly.

their bodies are close and rub together with a rustling,
are replaced, raised, blown, dried,

then glittered.

It looks like,

splendid coloured carps shining in the moonlight,
in the full bloom of the cherry blossom whirling about in the wind,
infinite sea of barley field in autumn.

Forgetting everything,

our whole body trembles because of the brilliance of deep emotion.

The sands come from meteorites, ancient ruins, birth of the earth,

from older to newer,
from far to close,
natural occurrence to artificial occurrence,

some of them were carried from river and sea,
others were given birth blown by mountain eruptions,
came by sticking on bird wings and animal furs,

gathering various kinds of sands together,
starting to talk their respective stories.

The wind is respectful at the time,

it snuggles, helps, and memorizes the noble stories of the sands,
to build a bridge for reaching the stars.

In return

flow-song of stars dedicates every year.
