自己紹介　Nice to meet you!

はじめまして。Riéです。

まずは自己紹介ということで、英語と日本語で書いてみました。

日本語は英文に続きます♪

Hi, My name is Rié Yoshida. I'm a former Miss Japan and currently working in Hollywood as an actress and model.

I first moved to the US to study. I didn't know how to speak English back then. After graduating from college, I went back to Tokyo and started teaching English. I taught students from 5 years old to 70 years old at private schools, universities, and corporations. I also started working as an interpreter and translator and continue to do so alongside my entertainment jobs. I truly enjoyed teaching and helping people achieve their goals.

One of the reasons why I was able to do all of that is because of my mother. She encouraged me to study abroad and expand my view. But, recently, she had faced a major health scare. And, now, she's fighting her illness.  As she filled out her paper works for the hospital, she wrote down that one of her dreams was to be able to speak English and communicate with people around the world.

So, I wanted to help achieve her goal and also help those people who share the same goal as her. So, that's why I decided to create these contents.

I hope we can all learn and grow together!

こんにちは。吉田理恵です。元ミスジャパンで、現在はハリウッドで女優とモデルとして活動しています。

留学のためにアメリカに渡米し、当初は全く英語は聞き取れないし、話せませんでした。大学で一生懸命勉強し、卒業後は日本に戻って英語講師として働いていました。生徒さんの年齢層は５歳から70歳で、プライべートの英語学校や、大学、一般企業で皆さんの目標達成のお手伝いをさせていただました。エンタ―テイメントの活動と並行して、翻訳家としても活動をはじめ、今も活動を続けています。

このような経験ができたのは母の支えのおかげでした。海外経験を通して視野を広げさせてくれたのです。しかし、今その母は闘病生活を送っています。母の病院の書類にこう記入されていました。彼女の夢は『英語を話せるようになって世界中の人と会話をすること。』そこで母の夢を叶え、他の同じ夢を持った人の役に立ちたいと思いました。それがSNSでコンテンツを発信しようと思ったきっかけです。

みんなで一緒に勉強し、成長できればいいなと思っています。
