(Psalms 125:3) The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous, for then the righteous might use their hands to do evil. 
(詩篇125:3) 悪者の杖が、正しい者に割り当てられた土地の上にとどまることはない。

The word scepter as used in our theme scripture refers to a rod used for punishing. Literally speaking, it refers to a staff, dart, or stick. This staff, dart, or stick is used in hitting those deemed unfavorable by the wicked (Satan and his children; especially those who have the spirit of wickedness in them). Also, this speaks of power. So, the Psalmist is saying, the wicked shall not usurp his authority or power over the righteous otherwise the righteous may be tempted to also do what is wrong. So, the Psalmist in Psalm 125:3 rightly declares that the scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous. In the New Living Translation of the Bible, our theme Scripture is rendered as “The wicked will not rule the land of the godly, for then the godly might be tempted to do wrong.” 
テーマの聖句で使われている笏とは、罰するための棒のことである。文字通りには、杖、ダーツ、棒を指す。この杖、ダーツ、または棒は、悪者（サタンとその子供たち。） また、これは力を意味する。つまり、詩篇の作者は、悪者は正しい者に対して権威や権力を簒奪してはならない、そうでなければ正しい者も悪いことをするように誘惑されるかもしれない、と言っているのだ。だから、詩篇125:3の詩篇の作者は、悪者の笏が正しい者に割り当てられた土地の上にとどまることはない、と正しく宣言しているのだ。新共同訳聖書では、この聖句は "邪悪な者が正しい者の土地を支配することはない。

In the Bible, land is a symbol of blessing. It stands for settlement. It speaks of the portion God has granted you. But the devil and his children do not love to see God’s people prosper so they will always try to usurp their evil power over you. But when they do so it won’t work. That’s why you must spend time and pray against wicked and unreasonable men. Paul advised the Church in Thessalonica to pray so that they may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men; for not all have faith (2 Thessalonians 3:2). In prayer declare that from today forward anyone with a wicked spirit will not be able to rule over you. Halleluyah! 
聖書において、土地は祝福の象徴である。それは定住を意味する。それは、神があなたに与えた分け前を意味する。しかし、悪魔とその子らは神の民が繁栄するのを好まないので、常にあなたに対して悪の力を簒奪しようとする。しかし、そうしてもうまくいかない。だからこそ、邪悪で理不尽な人間に対して時間を費やし、祈らなければならないのです。パウロはテサロニケの教会に、理不尽で邪悪な者から救い出されるように祈るように勧めた。すべての人が信仰を持っているわけではないからです（2テサロニケ3:2）。祈りの中で、今日から邪悪な霊を持つ者があなたがたを支配することができなくなるように宣言しなさい。ハレルヤ！

Confession: The wicked shall neither rule over me nor all those connected with me. The wicked shall not dwell with me anymore. Wicked and unreasonable men shall not get access to me from today forward by the power of the Holy Ghost and in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Halleluyah! 
告白しなさい： 邪悪な者は、私を支配することも、私に関わるすべての者を支配することもできない。邪悪な者は、もはや私と共に住むことはない。聖霊の力によって、またナザレのイエス・キリストの御名によって、邪悪な者、理不尽な者は、今日から私に近づくことはできない。ハレルヤ！

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead. 
もしあなたがまだ一度も生まれ変わっていないなら、こう言いなさい。私は今日から、イエス・キリストが私の主であり、神がイエス・キリストを死者の中からよみがえらせたことを信じます。
