(Judges 6:25) And it came to pass the same night, that the Lord said unto him, Take thy father's young bullock, even the second bullock of seven years old, and throw down the altar of Baal that thy father hath, and cut down the grove that is by it: 
(士師記6:25) その夜、主は彼に言われた。『あなたの父の若い雄牛、それも七歳の二番目の雄牛を取り、あなたの父が持っているバアルの祭壇を倒し、そのそばにある木立を切り倒せ』：

The Bible records that “The Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord, and for seven years he gave them into the hands of the Midianites. These Midianites were so oppressive that the Israelites prepared shelters for themselves in mountain clefts, caves, and strongholds. Whenever the Israelites planted their crops, the Midianites together with others invaded those farmlands and destroyed them. They did similar things to their farm animals too. As this went on for years, the Israelites cried out to the Lord for help. 
聖書には、「イスラエル人は主の目に悪を行い、7年の間、主は彼らをミディアン人の手に渡された。このミディアン人は非常に圧迫的であったので、イスラエル人は山の裂け目、洞窟、砦に自分たちのための隠れ家を用意した。イスラエル人が農作物を植えるたびに、ミディアン人は他の者たちと共にその農地に侵入し、農作物を破壊した。彼らは家畜にも同じようなことをした。このようなことが何年も続いたので、イスラエル人は主に助けを求めた。

When the Israelites cried out to the Lord, He sent them a prophet, who said, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: I brought you up out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. I rescued you from the hand of the Egyptians. And I delivered you from the hand of all your oppressors; I drove them out before you and gave you their land. I said to you, ‘I am the Lord your God; do not worship other gods.’ But you have not listened to me.” After this God called Gideon and told him that as one man, he would defeat all the Midianites (Judges 6:1-25). 
イスラエルの神、主はこう言われた。『わたしはあなたがたをエジプトから、奴隷の地から導き出した。わたしはあなたがたをエジプトから、奴隷の地から導き出した。わたしは、あなたがたをエジプト人の手から救い出し、あなたがたのすべての圧制者の手からあなたがたを救い出した。わたしはあなたがたに言った、『わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。しかし、あなたがたはわたしに聞き従わなかった。この後、神はギデオンを召し、一人の男としてすべてのミディアン人を打ち負かすと告げられた（士師記6:1-25）。

But it is interesting to note that before God could use him to do what He wanted him to do, He asked him to throw down the altar of Baal that his father had built and cut down the grove that was by it. In the realm of the spirit, there are altars and groves in families that prevent the current generation from getting to where God has designed for them. In prayer, destroy such evil altars and groves today. Halleluyah! 
しかし興味深いことに、神がギデオンを用いて彼にさせようとされる前に、神はギデオンに、彼の父が築いたバアルの祭壇を打ち壊し、そのそばにあった木立を切り倒すように言われた。霊の領域では、家族の中に祭壇や木立があり、それが現在の世代が神が設計された場所に到達するのを妨げている。祈りの中で、今日、そのような邪悪な祭壇や木立を破壊してください。ハレルヤ！

Confession: Every evil altar in my family that has been fighting me, my children and the rest of my family is utterly destroyed today by the power of the Holy Ghost. Let not evil altars be a source of hindrance to me anymore. I am moving forward and upward only to the glory of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
