The word 'vision' in our theme scripture means ‘something you see mentally’. So, God is saying, what you are seeing in your thoughts or imaginations will come to pass at the right time. The right time is God’s time. And God’s time is the time you express your faith for the scripture says this is the day the Lord has made (Psalms 118:24). 
この聖句の「幻」とは、「精神的に見るもの」という意味です。つまり、神様は、あなたの考えや想像で見ていることは、正しい時に実現すると言っているのです。その正しい時とは、神様の時です。そして、神の時とは、あなたが信仰を表明する時であり、聖書は、これこそ主が造られた日であると言っている（詩篇118:24）

In continuation, the Prophet Habakkuk added that the vision is for an appointed time. And this appointed time is the time you express your faith and become wild in your spirit to possess your possession. Today can be that appointed time to get that property, job, business, contract, anointing, etcetera. The Prophet added that this vision will speak at the end and will not lie. This means it shall be a great testimony. 
続けて、預言者ハバククは、幻は定められた時のためのものであると付け加えた。そして、この約束の時とは、あなたが信仰を表明し、あなたの所有物を所有するためにあなたの霊において野生化する時である。今日は、その財産、仕事、ビジネス、契約、油注ぎなどを得るためのその約束の時であることができます。預言者は、このビジョンは最後に語るものであり、嘘をつかないと付け加えた。つまり、それは偉大な証となるのです。

He continues by saying ‘Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come’. This tarrying or waiting period he spoke about does not refer to years, months, or even days. It refers to a period of delay. That is the time to labor in prayer by crying to your God for as soon as Zion travailed in prayer, she brought forth her children and miracles (Isaiah 66:8). 
さらに、「遅れても、それを待ちなさい、必ず来るから」とも言っています。この「待つ」というのは、年や月、あるいは日のことではありません。遅れている期間という意味です。シオンが祈りながら苦労すると、すぐに子供と奇跡がもたらされた（イザヤ66:8）ので、あなたの神に向かって叫びながら祈る時です。

If you mount serious prayers in this manner, the Prophet is saying the vision will no longer delay. This is why he ended his statement with ‘it will not tarry’. You may think he is contradicting himself. No, he isn't. The visions you have is for an appointed time but it all depends on you. 
このように真剣な祈りを重ねるなら、預言者は、幻はもはや遅れないと言っているのです。だから、「遅れない」という言葉で締めくくったのである。あなたは、預言者が自分自身と矛盾していると思うかもしれません。いいえ、そうではありません。あなたが見るビジョンは、約束された時間のためのものですが、それはすべてあなた次第です。

Mount prayers now. Declare that you are possessing your possessions today. Declare that your visions are coming to pass without delays. Halleluyah!

Confession: I refuse to allow delays in my life because I know the visions I have is for an appointed time. And this appointed time is today for I express my faith in prayer today. As I do, I possess my possessions. No more delays. This year, I will achieve all the visions I have by the power of the Holy Ghost. Halleluyah!
