(Luke 10:4) Carry neither money bag, knapsack, nor sandals; and greet no one along the road.
(ルカ10:4) 金の袋も、リュックサックも、サンダルも持たないようにしなさい。

In Luke 10:4, Jesus gave instructions to His disciples when He was sending them on a missionary trip. As part of the instructions, He told them not to carry money bags and by extension money. Amazingly, upon their return from the trip, they told Jesus they never lacked anything (Luke 22:35). 
ルカによる福音書10章4節で、イエスは弟子たちを宣教の旅に遣わされる際、弟子たちに指示を与えられました。その指示の一部として、イエスは弟子たちに金袋、ひいてはお金を持たないように言われた。驚いたことに、弟子たちは旅から戻ると、イエスに「何一つ不自由したことはない」と言った（ルカ22:35）

Jesus was teaching them how to live by the anointing of the Holy Spirit and not by money or material things. Also, in Matthew chapter 17 we see an interesting dialogue between Peter and some tax collectors who came to tax Jesus. Jesus performed a miracle by giving a Word from the Holy Ghost which could produce money in the mouth of a fish (Matthew 17:27). That’s dominion over money. 
イエスは彼らに、お金や物質ではなく、聖霊の油注ぎによって生きる方法を教えられたのだ。また、マタイによる福音書17章には、イエスに税金を払いに来た徴税人たちとペテロとの興味深い対話がある。イエスは、魚の口からお金を生み出すことができる聖霊からの御言葉を与えて奇跡を行った（マタイ17:27）。それはお金に対する支配力だ。

As a Christian, live by the anointing of the Holy Ghost and not by your reliance on the money you may have amassed or are seeking. One trouble from the devil can finish all your money but no dart from the devil can destroy the anointing of the Holy Ghost so live by the Holy Ghost. Charge in your spirit and declare that you have dominated money so money must be your servant. Halleluyah! 
クリスチャンとして、聖霊の油注ぎによって生きるのであって、自分が蓄えた、あるいは求めているお金に頼るのではないのだ。悪魔の一度のトラブルで、あなたのお金はすべて失われてしまうかもしれないが、悪魔のどんな矢も、聖霊の油注ぎを破壊することはできない。聖霊によって生きなさい。あなたの霊魂を充電し、あなたがお金を支配していることを宣言しなさい。ハレルヤ！

Confession: I will not and I cannot lack money for I have triumphed over money. Money hears me for I am full of the Holy Ghost. Money bows to me for I have dominated every currency of this world. The Word of God in my mouth creates wealth. Halleluyah! 
告白しなさい： 私はお金に勝ったのだから、お金に不自由することはない。私は聖霊に満たされているので、お金は私の言うことを聞く。私がこの世のあらゆる通貨を支配しているからだ。私の口にある神の言葉は富を生み出す。ハレルヤ！

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead. 
まだ一度も生まれ変わったことのない人は、こう言いなさい。私は今日から、イエス・キリストが私の主であり、神が彼を死者の中からよみがえらせたことを信じます。
