Joel 2:25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm……..
ヨエル2:25 わたしは、イナゴが食べた年、カンキツ虫、イモムシ、ヤシ虫が食べた年を、あなたがたに回復させる......。

Time is one thing that when lost may be practically impossible to recover. But God’s Word is telling us that God has the capacity to cause us to recover our lost years. I am glad to let you know that that is what God is doing for you today. This year and the previous years are years that many consider as years that have brought a lot of retrogression in their lives. Yes, it may be true that you might have seen retrogression in some areas of your life but don’t worry for God’s Word says, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6). 
時間というものは、失ってしまうと、取り戻すことが実質的に不可能なものかもしれません。しかし、神の御言葉は、神は私たちに失われた年月を回復させる能力を持っていることを教えています。私は、今日、神があなたのためにそのようなことをしてくださっていることをお知らせできてうれしいです。今年とその前の年は、多くの人が自分の人生に多くの後退をもたらした年だと考えている年です。しかし、神様の御言葉には、「何事も心配することなく、すべてのことにおいて、祈りと願いと感謝をもって、自分の願いを神に知らせなさい（ピリピ4：6）」とあります。

Do not worry about your lost years for God is telling you today that He is restoring to you those years and opportunities you might have lost. Notice that the locust, cankerworm, caterpillar, and palmerworm came to eat so it looked like by this time they would have digested whatever they came to eat. Yet God’s eternal Word is telling you to stop worrying and rather believe in the miraculous ability of God. Pray and declare that there is restoration for you and this restoration is touching every department of your life. Praise God!
神は今日、あなたが失ったかもしれない年月と機会を回復してくださると語っておられるのですから、失われた年月について心配しないでください。イナゴ、カンキツ、イモムシ、ヤシガニが食べに来たので、この時点で、彼らは食べに来たものを消化したように見えました。しかし、神の永遠の御言葉は、心配するのをやめて、むしろ神の奇跡的な能力を信じなさいと言っているのです。あなたのために回復があり、その回復があなたの人生のあらゆる部門に及んでいることを祈り、宣言してください。神様をほめたたえましょう！

Confession: My God is the God who restores wasted years and opportunities and today He is restoring to me all my years, blessings, and opportunities that the locust, the cankerworm, the caterpillar, and the palmerworm ate. I am fully restored. Hallelujah! 
告白します： 私の神は、無駄になった年月や機会を回復させる神であり、今日、イナゴやカンフル剤、毛虫やヤシ虫が食べた私の年月や祝福や機会をすべて回復させてくださっています。私は完全に回復したのです。ハレルヤ！

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead. 
もし、あなたがまだ生まれ変わったことがないのなら、こう言ってください。私は今日から、イエス・キリストが私の主であり、神が彼を死者の中からよみがえらせたことを信じると宣言します。
