(Deuteronomy 28:13) You shall be above only, and not be beneath,……
(申命記28:13) あなたがたは、ただ上にあって、下にあってはならない。

We are told in Deuteronomy 28:13 that “and the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.” 
主はあなたがたを頭とされ、尾とはされない。"わたしが今日あなたがたに命じる、あなたがたの神、主の戒めに聞き従い、それを守るように注意するならば、あなたがたは上だけとなり、下にはならない。"と申命記28章13節に記されている。

According to the Holman Christian Study Bible, this Scripture is rendered as “The Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you will only move upward and never downward if you listen to the Lord your God's commands I am giving you today and are careful to follow [them].” These prophetic words were spoken by the great Prophet Moses over the Israelites. Several years later, a greater than Moses appeared on the earth by the name Jesus (Hebrews 3:3-4).

He fulfilled all the commandments of God and satisfied God the Father through the travail of His soul on the cross so that those who believe in Him would be above only in this life (Isaiah 53:11; Matthew 5:17). In Christ, you are above only and not beneath. This means you will be on top of things from this moment. Start praying and prophesy to yourself that you are above and above only. Halleluyah! 
イエスは神の戒めをすべて成就し、十字架上での魂の苦難を通して父なる神を満足させ、イエスを信じる者がこの世においてのみ上に立つことができるようにされた（イザヤ53:11、マタイ5:17）。キリストにあって、あなたは上にいるのであって、下にいるのではない。つまり、あなたはこの瞬間から物事の頂点に立つのだ。あなたが上であり、上だけであることを祈り、自分自身に預言しなさい。ハレルヤ！

Confession: The LORD my GOD has made me the head of things, and not the tail. I will always be at the top of things, not the bottom, for I am an obedient child of GOD in Christ. Therefore, I am above only. I declare that I shall remain above and above only all the days of my life. Halleluyah! 
告白する： 私の神よ、主は私を物事の頭にしてくださった。私はキリストにある神の従順な子だからだ。だから、私は上にいる。私は、私の生涯のすべての日において、上であり、上だけにとどまることを宣言する。ハレルヤ！

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
