(Revelation 12:9) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 
(黙示録12:9) そして、大いなる竜が追い出された。悪魔、サタンと呼ばれ、全世界を惑わすあの古い蛇である。

Revelation 12:9 reveals Satan as the deceiver of the whole world. If this guy is the deceiver of the whole world, then he must operate with the spirit of deception. Through the spirit of deception, satan has been able to make people believe lies and abhor the truth. In John 8:44, Jesus called him the father of lies. 
黙示録12章9節は、サタンが全世界を欺く者であることを明らかにしています。もしこの男が全世界を欺く者であるならば、彼は欺きの霊を使って活動しなければなりません。サタンは、欺きの霊を通して、人々に嘘を信じさせ、真理を忌み嫌わせることができたのです。ヨハネによる福音書8章44節で、イエスはサタンを「嘘の父」と呼ばれました。

In revealing his modus operandi, Apostle Paul taught the Corinthian Church in 2 Corinthians 11:3 that the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning. Watch the lips that used to say evil about you but have suddenly shifted to praising you. Most times, such lips may be operating with the spirit of deception. But beyond this, refuse to lie for it is not in you to lie as a Christian.

See, in Proverbs 12:22 the Bible records that “lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight.” No wonder, the Psalmist rightly prayed in Psalms 12:3 that “May the Lord cut off all flattering lips, The tongue that speaks great things [in boasting];”. 
箴言12章22節には、「嘘つきの唇は主にとって忌まわしいものであるが、忠実に行動する者は主の喜びである」と記されています。詩篇の作者は、詩篇12篇3節で「主が、すべてのお世辞を言う唇、大言壮語する舌を断ち切られますように」と正しく祈ったのも不思議ではありません。

Make time today and pray against the spirit of deception. Declare that as you pray your spirit is tuned to listen to the truth and truth only. In continuation, destroy the operations of spirits of deception in your life as you pray. Halleluyah!

Confession: I cannot be controlled by the spirit of deception. Lying lips cannot bring words into my heart. No, I refuse to listen to such lips. From today, I am free from the rule of the spirit of deception. Men cannot but tell me the truth and truth only in all my dealings. Halleluyah!
