unconsciously use は「使うという行為に対して意識が働いていない」という意味。そうではなく、「技術を使っているという行為そのものは認識しているが、使っている対象が人工知能によるものだと気が付いていない」という意味なので、use the technology without knowing that it is artificial technology に直す。
「いつから使い始めているかわからないが、すでに使っている」と言いたいのであれば、現在完了進行形have been using を使う。
