          One of the super-runners at the race at Osaka has very strong muscles. Her running form was excellent and a commentator explained about her form with very impressive phrase, meaning that she has altered her form not to fight against road.

          Continuing from yesterday, I tried forefoot running. Today's menu was 21km jogging. I didn't think I could run this distance only with forefoot strike, but anyway, feeling cushioning of the balls of my foot, I could come back to the end.
