Forefoot (Jan 24, 2024)

My running is rearfoot or midfoot,  starting with rearfoot and then shifting to midfoot.I haven't been able to understand how to run with forefoot strike, except for climbing up steep hills or steps.

But I think I need master forefoot strike because I sometimes feel pain at knee joint and hip joint, and I can't imagine I run faster than now without transforming the strike. My damaged shoes tells me something wrong.

So today's menu was 10km forefoot slow jogging, trying to figure out the way the ball of my foot hits the ground first and push the ground.
