本日のノンアル：Al'sのAl's Classic

本日はなんと！醸造所からのリクエストでレビューさせてもらってます♡なんとインスタを見たAl'sさんから送るのでレビューしてくださいといっていただけたのでありがたくいただきました☆
カリフォルニアで醸造所とパートナー組んで作ってるノンアル。まだカリフォルニアとニューヨークでしか売ってないレア物！缶のデザインはシンプルクラシックな感じ。香りはあれ、ハイネケンっぽい？って一瞬思ったけど、飲んでみたらかなり爽やかスッキリ！IPAっぽい苦味とゴールデンエールみたいな爽やかさもある、なんかいいとこどりの感じ。何よりもすごく嬉しかったのはかなり和食に合いそうってこと！フードペアリングめっちゃ大事な私にとってはかなり嬉しいテイストでした。
今日はラーメン欲がすごくて鳥パイタンラーメンと合わせたらあうあう！とんこつのようなコクのあるスープだったけど、それをスッキリ流してくれる爽やかさ！でも全然邪魔しないのにある存在感☆ピルスナー好きの日本人としては嬉しいですな。今回はご好意でいただけたけど次からはリピート買いしたいビールでした☆

So today, I'm super excited to introduce a new beer by Al's! They were so kind enough to send some for review, so I've happily accepted the offer!
It seems like a company partnered with a California brewery and currently only sold in CA and NY! The can design is so simple and has that classic vibe to it. (Love it!) When I opened it, somehow got the smell of Heineken for some reason, but once I taste it, it was totally different. Super crisp and refreshing! A great bitterness like IPA and the freshness like a golden ale. It's like combining the best part of those beers in one. Furthermore what I was so surprised to know was how well it can be paired with Asian food. (Which is super important to me!) Something that I'll appreciate in a long run.
I was craving ramen and went to get some Chicken Paitan Ramen. The soup was thick and creamy like Tonkotsu but the beer washed away the thickness in my mouth. The taste of beer remained but yet still balanced well with the taste of the ramen as well. This pilsner is definitely on my repeat list.
