メニエール病の疑いで薬を飲んでから3日目。今日は一日寝込んでいた。夕方ごろになって頑張って起き上がったら、そのあと体調が回復した。ずっと寝ているのは体に良くないのだろうか？

This is the third day since I took the meds for suspected Meniere's disease. Today, I was in bed all day. I did my best to get up around evening and then I felt better. Is it not good for my body to sleep all the time?
