①僕は犬と猫が好きではありません。

③犬と猫を好きになることはできません。
A: I am unable to like dogs and cats.

①否定文は and を使わず or を使います。
I like dogs and cats.  ➡  I don’t like dogs or cats.   
　　　　　　　　　　✖ I don’t like dogs and cats.
He is tall and handsome.  ➡  He is not tall or handsome.       
　　　　　　　　　　✖ He is not tall and handsome.

② dislike/ untrust/ misjudge   のように否定的な内容を表す動詞の場合
否定文ではないので　or   は使いません。
〇 I dislike dogs and cats.               
✖ I dislike dogs or cats.
〇 I untrust my sister and brother.   
✖ I untrust my sister or brother.

③ unable/ unnecessary  のような形容詞の場合
be unable to  =  be not able to   
なので  and ではなく or  を使います。
〇 I am unable to like dogs or cats.   
✖ I am unable to like dogs and cats. 
〇 It’s unnecessary to use English or French here.
✖ It’s unnecessary to use English and French.

ちょっと難しいですが・・正確に理解しましょう。
It is impossible to speak English or French.
= It is not possible to speak English or French.

内容によっては敢えて and を使う場合もあります。
英語とフランス語を両方同時に理解することは難しい。
