The system allows households (individuals) to participate in cap-and-trade and sell their emission allowances to companies.
Companies and large factories on the buyer's side can also buy the emission allowances from households, making the transaction relatively cheaper than buying from companies.

The awareness of each individual, as well as the company, will move towards environmental protection, and the awareness of the entire planet.

In Japan, companies participating in 'cap and trade' currently account for around 50% of domestic emissions, but this is quite a bit behind Europe, so it is necessary to raise awareness of decarbonization among the population as a whole.

The time may soon come when energy and CO2 can be easily and freely bought and sold between individuals (via electronic devices such as tablet and PC).

学生から高齢世代まで、個人間で（タブレットやPCなどの電子機器を使って）エネルギーやCO2を簡単かつ自由に売買できる時代が近いかもしれない。
