The snow has melted and the roads are bad.
The wind is cold, but the minimum temperature is above zero.
People's faces are somewhat cheerful.
This is spring in Sapporo.

雪が解けて道が悪い。
風は冷たいが、最低気温もゼロ度を超えた。
人々の表情も心なしか明るい。
これが札幌の春。
