Yesterday, I had an epiphany.
I complain and lament that I am unhappy. I love you and I'm happy and I'm happy, but my mind is so cluttered that I can't see anything clear.
To have a clear mind and be able to see far and wide is a good feeling, I know.
These are all just variations of the yin and yang, or plus and minus.
It's easy to think that being happy and feeling good is a wonderful, but to become obsessed with it, wanting to be that way all the time is just like in jail.
Whether you are happy or unhappy, in the end you are stuck in this world. They are like two sides of the same coin, red becomes white, black becomes gold. I realized that I'm in a world where I'm not in a world.
Somehow it's very difficult to realize this in the feeling of anxiety, even if you think you know it through meditation and knowledge.
Yesterday, I caught the tail end of that moment.
A huge yin and yang collided, and at the moment of the climax, I saw the light.
A huge galaxy closed in.
A beautiful, squishy galaxy, buzzing dynamically.
The world beyond the galaxy was a place I had known forever.
It was both different and the same (because different is the yin-yang of the word again).
Fortunately, I've already experienced that world many times as an unremembered ecstasy. I don't remember it, so I don't understand it.
The memories and impressions of my body surfaced in my conscious mind.
Then I realized that there was a kind of bridge to get there.
It's like a door, you can go anywhere, anytime.
A world where there are no values, where there is no yin and yang, where there is nothing and everything, where everything is clean and divine.
A place where even if I disappear, I will still exist brilliantly.
After all, the messiness of the earth galaxy is not so bad.
I can console myself because I love you.
