How do we protect ourselves during pregnancy and babies from COVID-19?

The card which I explained last week is actually useful in this COVID-19 situation.
As I mentioned before, it normally used when you are physically hard to keep
working in the same conditions before pregnancy.

It is obviously, however, the pregnant women find anxiety while they are commuting in the crowded train or in the high-density office.
Even if we were in the Pre-COVID-19, pregnancy itself could 100% affect swinging your mental or emotion as well as it does the change of your body.

A lot of people are struggling to spend pregnancy life as doing their best or how they wanted.
Unlike other counties, in Japan, the family even your partner can't stay by your side in the labour room in the most of hospitals.

Whenever you need to change how you work like you want to work from your house or you want to be in charge something low risks of infection, you could ask your doctor/ midwife to use this card until January 2022.

We are hoping the day we can live safely is coming even a day earlier.
