What kinds of food should I have in Japan during pregnancy?

When you live somewhere completely different cultures, you may struggle to find what you used to eat or what you like eating.

In western culture, especially, it's said that legumes, avocado, sweet potato(orange one) and beetroot contain a good nutrition for pregnant women.
It depends on where you live, however, sometimes you can't find these from the nearest supermarket.

Japanese women often are suggested to have
-yoghurt
-broccoli or spinach and any root veges
( we have sweet potato, too. not really the same taste but still has got great nutrition.)
-soy products ( such as miso soup or natto as far as you like.)
-seaweeds ( such as wakame , nori, konbu, hijiki)
-mushrooms
-salmon, sardine, mackerel
-rice/ brown rice
-fruits

if you are struggling how you set your new eating habit in Japan, I'm more than happy to advise you and find what you can do together.

you might find the best ever food here in Japan in your life !?
