英詩のマガジンの本配信、今月3本目です。歌われる詩の2回めです。今回はボブ・ディランの11枚目のアルバム 'New Morning' (1970、下) に収められた 'Time Passes Slowly' です(「時はのどかに流れゆく」)。

'New Morning' に収められたテークが録音されたのは1970年8月12日 (Columbia Recording Studios, New York) です。

これまで、いっさいコンサートで演奏したことがない歌です。

この歌をリクス (Christopher Ricks) らによる校訂版で考えてみます。
