Ukraine; Strange goings on ウクライナ：不思議な行為
Last week, there were some very strange things happening in the Ukraine. President Biden of the US, and Prime Minister Johnson of the UK, had made it quite clear that there would be no NATO troops sent to the Ukraine.
先週、ウクライナでとても不思議な行為が有りました。アメリカのバイデン大統領と英国のジョンソン首相がはっきり、ウクライナにNATO軍は入らないと言いました。
Also, that NATO would not attempt to enforce any “No Fly” zone over the Ukraine, despite President Zelensky’s request.
それと、ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領の要求でも、NATO軍はウクライナで飛行禁止空域を実施しません。
Russia had made it quite clear that any attempt to send NATO units would result in them being attacked, and WW III. Undoubtably, such an attack would soon go nuclear, and end the Western world and Russia.
ロシアはNATO軍の部隊がウクライナに入ったら、その部隊に攻撃をする事を明らかに言っています。それで、すぐ世界的な核兵器戦争、西洋の国々とロシアが終わります。
Ironically, in 2019, the US war gamed a scenario with 100 participants that imagined NATO responding to a Russian invasion of Ukraine. In the simulation, NATO troops entered the Western Ukraine. How did the simulation work out? A major nuclear exchange, 1 billion dead.
皮肉的に、２０１９年でアメリカが１００人参加でウォー・ゲーム「戦争の練習」を行い、シナリオはロシア軍がウクライナに侵攻します。NATO軍の反動は、西ウクライナに入ります。シミュレーションはどう言う結果に成りましたか？強大な核戦争で、１０億人死亡です。
That would be roughly all Europe, Russia, the US and Japan.
これは大体ヨーロッパ、アメリカ、ロシアと日本の全てです。
Yes, Japan. We host American bases here. In a war, the Russians would assume that American units in Japan would attack Asian Russia. That is correct. In an attempt to save Russia, the Russians would strike American bases in Japan.
そう。日本も含みます。日本にアメリカの基地が有ります。戦争が有ったら、ロシア司令部は日本のアメリカ基地から攻撃が来ると考えます。ロシアを救う為に、その基地に攻撃します。
The war would be over in a couple of hours at best.
長くて、戦争は数時間で終わります。
A no fly zone would result in direct combat between NATO jets and Russian jets. Russian aircraft and pilots are superior, NATO would be humiliated, and be forced to give up or start nuclear war.
飛行禁止空域で、NATOとロシア戦闘機の直接戦闘に成ります。ロシアの軍機とパイロットは優れて、NATOは屈辱に成って、諦めるか、NATOから核兵器戦争を開始するかしか選択に有りません。
Or the Russians could bomb NATO airfields in other countries that NATO jets operate from.
それとも、ロシアがNATO軍の飛行場に空襲するかも知れません。
Either way, the result would be world wide nuclear war, and 1 billion people dead in a few hours.
どちらでも、結果は世界核兵器戦争で、数時間で１０億人が死にます。
Yet last weekend, March 5th and 6th, American Secretary of State Blinken directly contradicted the American President. He said NATO countries have the Green Light, as in American traffic lights’ “GO” signal, to supply Russian built Migs to Ukraine.
しかし、先週末(３月５日と６日)に、アメリカのブリンケン国務長官がアメリカ大統領に反する行いをしました。彼の話で、NATO の国はウクライナにロシア産のミグ戦闘機を渡します「Green Light」が有ります。（アメリカの交通信号機の青い色は進め、英語でBlueではなくGreenです。）
He said he was working on a plan for Poland to send 27 Mig 29 fighters to Ukraine, to be replaced by American F-16 fighters destined for Taiwan.
ブリンケン国務長官の計画は、ポーランドからウクライナに２７機のミグ２９戦闘機を渡して、アメリカが台湾へ渡すF−１６をポーランドに回します。
This would of course mean immediate world wide nuclear war.
勿論、この計画で早速世界核兵器戦争が開始に成ります。
Monday the 7th Poland announced that this plan was fake news.
７日月曜日に、ポーランド政府がこの計画はフェイクニュースと言いました。

Then, on the morning of Wednesday the 9th, this news appeared, Poland would send the jets to Ukraine via the US Air Force base at Ramstein Germany.
それで、９日水曜日朝このニュースが有った、ポーランド政府がウクライナへ直接ではなく、ドイツに有る米空軍ラムシュタイン基地へ送って、アメリカ軍が戦闘機をウクライナに送ります。
This would mean that Poland and Germany could receive Russian counter strikes, either conventional or nuclear, and the quick end of the world.
この計画で、ポーランドとドイツ両国はロシアから通常兵器か核兵器の攻撃を受ける可能性が高いです。それで、世界が終わりです。
That evening, the US announced that this would not happen, and world wide nuclear war was averted.
その日の夕方に、米政府がこの行為をしないと言って、世界核兵器戦争を避けました。
And the fact of the matter is, most of the Ukraine air force is still intact. This indicates that they are not engaging in combat, despite Ukrainian propaganda.

The actions of American Secretary of State Blinken are bizarre, and very dangerous. He directly disobeyed the President. In fact, he bears much responsibility for the Russian incursion in February.
アメリカのブリンケン国務長官の行動は奇妙で危険です。大統領に直接従っていません。正直に言うと、２月のロシアからウクライナ侵攻はほとんど彼の責任です。
Before Russian forces entered Ukraine, several times Secretary of State Blinken said that Ukraine would absolutely join NATO. Russia said this was unacceptable.
ロシア軍の侵攻前に、アメリカのブリンケン国務長官が絶対ウクライナがNATOに入ると数回言いました。ロシアからそう言う事が容認出来ないと言いました。
A little diplomacy there from the American side, and perhaps Russian troops would not have crossed the Ukrainian border.
その時に、アメリカ側から外交を少ししたら、もしかしたらロシア兵はウクライナ国境を渡っていないかもしれません。
For his part, President Zelensky says Russia is bluffing and will not go to nuclear war.
ゼレンスキー大統領は、ロシアは虚勢を張って、核兵器戦争をしないと言っています。
However, I don’t think President Putin of Russia is bluffing, and neither does US intelligence.
しかし、私はロシアのプーチン大統領は虚勢を張っていると思ってない、アメリカ情報局は同じ考えを持っています。

The Western media says Zelensky is a strong leader like Winston Churchill of WWII. Somehow, after seeing his performances, I do not think we can trust him on issues like nuclear war.

However, in negotiations with Russia, he has said he would no longer insist that Ukraine join NATO.
しかし、ロシアとの交渉で、ウクライナがNATOに入らないと言いました。
This the prime Russian demand, perhaps we seeing the beginning of a solution to this war.
これはロシアの最も大切な条件、もしかしたらこの戦争の解決は見えているでしょう。
But for us in Japan, and the world, it was a very dangerous few days, we were very close to nuclear annihilation.
