「日本酒の世界に心底魅了され、その情報を世界に向けて発信する」ことが僕、MASAKIの使命だと感じています。
約8年前、利酒師の資格を取得したのですが、当時はただの仕事の一環で、日本酒に対する本当の情熱はまだ芽生えていませんでした。日常ではそこまで日本酒を楽しんでいるわけでもなく、仕事上での知識をちょっとひけらかす程度でした。
しかし、時が流れ、世界を変えたコロナウイルスの流行と共に、自宅で過ごす時間が増え、僕の日本酒に対する情熱も大きく変わりました。
その転機は、「真澄 茅色」という低精米の純米酒との出会いでした。
その衝撃は忘れられないもので、ただ美味しいというだけでなく、その香り、旨味、飲みやすさが、僕の味覚にぴったり合っていたんです。こんなに素晴らしいものだったなんて…。それからというもの、僕は日本酒の深い沼にハマり、もう抜け出すことはできません。
毎日、欠かさず様々な銘柄の日本酒を楽しんでいます。甘口から淡麗辛口、発泡性の日本酒、貴醸酒など、多種多様な味わいを世界中の人々に知ってもらいたい。それが僕、MASAKIの夢であり、情熱なんです。
I feel that MASAKI's mission is to be ``deeply fascinated by the world of sake, and to share that information with the world.'' About eight years ago, he obtained his qualification as a sake brewer, but at the time it was just part of his job and his true passion for sake had not yet developed. I didn't really enjoy sake that much in my daily life, and I was just trying to show off my knowledge at work.
However, as time has passed and the coronavirus pandemic has changed the world, I have been spending more time at home, and my passion for sake has changed significantly. The turning point was an encounter with ``Masumi Kayairo,'' a pure rice sake made from low-polishing rice. The impact was unforgettable. Not only was it delicious, but its aroma, flavor, and ease of drinking matched my taste buds perfectly. I can't believe it was so wonderful... Since then, I've fallen into a deep swamp of sake, and I can't get out of it.
I enjoy various brands of sake every day without fail. We want people all over the world to know about our wide variety of flavors, from sweet to light and dry, to sparkling sake, to Kijoshu(very sweet SAKE). That is MASAKI's dream and passion.
