#  EATERY

There is the best eatery (= a stand to eat) that's located on the west side of the provincial government  building in Cebu.　Because everyone who work in this eatery are very Kind,  Friendly,  Cheerful. Thus I recommend you to go to there and to eat someone.

This is called a humba (=a boiled pork ribs by soy  souse). Japanese like this eats because it's similar to a "KAKUNI" in Japanese traditional foods. Also I like so much really. And sometime there are some boiled eggs by soy souse, it's amazing nice taste.

# Balut

I'm eating a balut (=It's a boiled guess fertilized egg that's before hatching one.) at a street side near by my staying  hotel.  Cebu people like to eat about 18days, I guess. But I like to eat it  12 days passed. Because I feel a rich taste that's much yolk feeling taste.

I t's 12 days egg, to start hatching, maybe.
