Q1. What is "manababa"?
Manababa is a service that allows you to easily start "I want to teach" and "I want to learn" online. You can experience any manabi from once anytime, anywhere. Not only can you input as a learner, but you can also output your own skills that have been cultivated from all experiences.
Q1.manababaとは何ですか？
マナババは「教えたい」「学びたい」をオンラインで気軽に始められるサービスです。いつでもどこでも1回からあらゆるマナビを体験できます。学ぶ側としてインプットするのはもちろん、あらゆる経験から培われてきたご自身のスキルのアウトプットもできます。
Q2.Can I use manababa for free?
You can use all the functions for free. You can hold courses as many times as you like for free, so you can monetize your online courses without risk.
However, 20% of online course sales will be charged as a platform usage fee.
Q2.講師はmanababaを無料で使えますか？
全ての機能を無料で使うことができます。何度でも無料で講座を開催することができますので、リスクなくオンライン講座の収益化を図れます。
ただしオンライン講座売上の20%をプラットフォーム利用手数料として頂きます。
Q3. Please tell me about the payment method for the event.
You will be able to enter the course created by manababa by making a credit card payment.
VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMEX / DISCOVER is available.
We will continue to increase various payment methods in the future.
By default, events held at manababa will introduce these payment methods.
Q3.イベントの決済手段について教えて下さい。
manababaで作成した講座には、クレジットカード決済を行なうことでエントリーできるようになります。
VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMEX / DISCOVER ご利用可能です。
今後さらに様々な決済手段を増やしていきます。
manababaで開催したイベントにはデフォルトで、これらの決済手段が導入されます。
Q4.What information do I need to create an event?
First, you need to register an account using your email address.
After that, you can create a course page just by entering the following items.
・ Course name
・ Course content
・ Course introduction video or image
・ Date and time
・ Open time
・ Capacity
・ Amount of money
There is no problem even if you do not have a "course introduction video". If you click the "Start shooting button", the camera will start up like this, so let's tell the charm of the event by yourself as the organizer.
Q4.講座作成に必要な情報は何ですか？
まず、メールアドレスを使ったアカウント登録が必要です。
その後、以下項目を入力するだけで講座ページを作成することができます。
・講座名
・講座内容
・講座紹介動画もしくは画像
・開催日時
・開催時間
・定員
・金額
「講座紹介動画」は用意がなくても問題ございません。「撮影開始ボタン」をクリックすれば、このようにカメラが立ち上がりますので、主催者であるあなた自身にてイベントの魅力を伝えましょう。
Q5.I have never used Zoom before.
A Zoom account is a must in order to host an event on manababa. Please register for a free account on the following page before you create your event.
Participants are not required to register for a Zoom account, but will need to install the app if they want to participate on their smartphone.
It is recommended that you download the app beforehand because the experience of the event will be more valuable if there is an app for PC as well.
Q5.Zoomを使ったことがありません。
manababaでイベントを開催するにはZoomのアカウントが必至です。イベント作成前に以下のページから無料のアカウント登録をお願いします。
ZoomについてFAQ方式でまとめています。こちらをご覧ください。
参加者はZoomのアカウント登録は必須ではありませんが、スマホで参加する場合はアプリのインストールが必要です。
PCにおいてもアプリがあったほうがイベントの体験価値は高まりますので、事前のダウンロードをオススメします。
Q6.Can I cancel an event held as an instructor?
It can be canceled. However, if even one participant has entered, it cannot be canceled.
Please note that the course content cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours before the course start time.
Until then, both changes and cancellations are possible.
Q6.講師として開催したイベントはキャンセルできますか？
キャンセル可能です。しかし参加者が一人でもエントリーしているとキャンセルはできません。
また講座開始時間の24時間前以降は講座内容の変更・キャンセルはできませんのでご注意ください。
それまでは変更・キャンセルどちらも可能です。
Q7. Can I cancel a course I entered as a student?
You can cancel for free 24 hours before the start time of the course.
Please note that you cannot cancel after less than 24 hours. Also, as with real events, please note that refunds will not be given for any reason if you do not participate due to your own circumstances.
Q7.受講者としてエントリーした講座はキャンセルできますか？
講座開始時間の24時間前でしたら無料でキャンセルができます。
24時間を切りましたらキャンセルができませんので、ご注意ください。またリアルなイベント同様、ご自身の都合で不参加になってしまった場合はいかなる理由であっても返金はできませんのでご注意ください。
Q8. The instructor did not appear at the end of the course I applied for.
In the unlikely event that the instructor does not appear at the end of the course, please contact us at the email address below. After confirming the facts, we will refund the money.

Q8.申し込みした講座の終了時間になっても講師が現れませんでした。
万が一、講座終了時間になっても講師が現れなかったなどのトラブルがありましたら、以下メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。事実確認の上、返金対応を行ないます。

Q9. When can I withdraw the proceeds of the course?
From the day the course ends, we will transfer the money to the designated account at the end of the following month. The platform fee of manababa is 20%, and the amount obtained by subtracting the 20% fee and the transfer fee from the sales amount will be credited to the designated account at the end of the following month.
Don't forget to register your bank account from the account screen when you generate sales.
Q9.講座の売上金はいつ引き出せますか？
講座が終了した日からみて、翌月末に指定の口座へ振込みを行ないます。manababaのプラットフォーム手数料は20%となっており、売上金から20%の手数料と振込手数料を差し引いた金額を、翌月末に指定の口座へ入金を行ないます。
売上金が発生したらアカウント画面から銀行口座のご登録を忘れずにおこなってください。
Q10. I would like to be able to unilaterally distribute the video and audio of the students without using them.
In that case, please use Zoom's webinar function. When you create a course with manababa, it defaults to a Zoom meeting, which is a regular meeting with student footage. (Depending on the setting of the meeting function, the video and audio of the student can be muted. It is also possible to set the student not to unmute.)
If you want to use the webinar function, please obtain a professional account on Zoom and then charge for the webinar add-on.
The setting method is very simple, and you can easily convert the webinar from the following part of the meeting details.
This allows you to deliver your value to your guests without having to worry about the audio and video mute of the students.
Q10.受講者の映像や音声をナシとして、一方的に配信ができるようにしたいです。
その場合はZoomのウェビナー機能をご活用ください。manababaで講座を作成したらデフォルトではZoomミーティングとなり、受講者の映像が表示される通常のミーティングとなります。（ミーティング機能も設定次第で、受講者の映像と音声をミュートすることができます。受講者にミュートを解除させない設定も可能です。）
ウェビナー機能を利用したい場合はZoom上でプロアカウントを取得したのち、ウェビナーのアドオン課金を行なってください。
設定方法としては非常に簡単でミーティング詳細の以下の箇所から簡単にウェビナー変換することができます。
これにより受講者の音声や映像のミュートなどを気にすることなく、ゲストに対して、あなたの価値を届けることができます。
Q11. Is it possible to send a message to students?
We do not support individual messages or emails to the students of the course. Please wait for a while as it will be available in the future.
Q11.受講者にメッセージを送ることはできますか？
講座の受講者への個別メッセージやメール配信などには対応していません。今後対応可能となりますので、もうしばらくお待ちください。
