The company is doing volunteer is fine.
However shacho doesn’t pay for employees for ot???
And I’m my department people say he can’t get Dayoff 2 days in a week ?

This company was introduced by reclutement company by g*****, my PIC was…i thought nice.
I’m frastrated about what is going on actually in the company now was terrible so I reported to him.
He ignores the massage and no responce.
I was thinking it is okay company do thing , rules are followed. Because it is registered, to introduce to job seeker via reclutment company.
But it was wrong idea. I was too optimistic.
