『of』には、所属や所有の意味があり、直接的なニュアンスになります。

「スキルや職業など習熟するためには、約10,000時間、効果的に練習する必要がある」とこの本は主張をしています。
（これを「10,000 Hour Rule」と呼ばれているそう）
