Solo exhibition of Galina Carroll "Reaching Hands"

We are pleased to announce that the solo exhibition of Galina Carroll, the world class kinit designer living in Long Island, NY will be held from Friday December15th to Monday December 25th at La Neige in Fushimi, Kyoto Japan.
This photo talks the process how we reach to this exhibition since we met in Kyoto in October 2017.  It started since then!

Then I visited  her atelier in NY in November 2018.  I was fascinated by her wonderful works and sketches.  Since then, it was a dream to organize her exhibition at my space, "La Neige."  
In late 2020, Akiko Ao, mosaic artist was wondering it must be nice if her ceramic tiles are combined with something soft like wool yearn, then, I suggested it to Galina, for she's visited Akiko's exhibition through Zoom and she liked her works.  Then, Galina accepted it willingly, and the contents of th exhibition become not only Galina's wonderful previous works but her new works of corroboration with Akiko's tile, which is totally new!!  

Now the dream come true!!  as more than I expected.
