英語日記#14 ナチュールワインについて

おはようございます。
仕事でメンタルがヒリヒリする内容が多く、心が少しすり減っています。
こういう時は耐えながら、手を休めないようにして頑張りたいと思います。

There is a lot of mental tingling at work, and my heart is a little worn out.
I would like to do my best not to rest my hands while enduring at times like this.
本日はナチュールワインについてお話ししたいと思います。最近良く耳にする様になりましたし、世界、日本どちらでも盛り上がってきていると感じます。
Today I would like to talk to you about na tulle wine. I've been hearing about it a lot lately, and I feel that it's becoming more and more popular both in Japan and around the world.
私は正直に言うと、お酒がほとんど飲めません。しかし、家族で母親以外はお酒が大好きで良くお酒の話が家族の会話でも出てきます。
To be honest, I hardly drink alcohol. However, everyone in my family loves alcohol except my mother, and the topic of alcohol often comes up in family conversations.
そんなお酒が飲めない私ですが、お酒についてはすごく興味があります。革靴、時計、車に近いものがあり、興味をそそられてしまいます。その背景には製造者の努力が商品に反映されているという感覚があります。製造者の個性が商品となって滲みでてきており、一つ一つが作品になっているという点が共通点のように感じます。
I can't drink alcohol like that, but I'm very interested in alcohol. There are leather shoes, watches, and things close to cars that intrigue me. Behind this is the feeling that the efforts of the manufacturer are reflected in the product. I feel that the common point is that the individuality of the manufacturer is becoming a product and each one is a work of art.
ワインも同様ですが、そこにナチュールワインとなるだけで、その製造者のこだわりや視座が高い商品のように感じることに加え、従来の歴史の深いワイン文化を少しアレンジしながら、ラベルや製法もこだわっている印象があり、少しチャレンジングな商品になっている点が非常にそそられます。
The same is true for wine, but just by becoming a natural wine, it feels like a product with a high level of commitment and perspective from the producer. There is an impression that you are particular about it, and I am very intrigued by the fact that it is a slightly challenging product.
特に#3や#12でもお話ししているファッションなどに興味がある人は自分の表現方法やファッションアイテムとして飲み物や食べ物もごたわっているかと思います。その点に於いてはナチュールワインも自分を写す鏡として（ファッションアイテムとして）、ナチュールワインを選んでいる気がします。
In particular, those who are interested in fashion, which I talked about in #3 and #12, are likely to be interested in food and drink as a way of expressing themselves and as fashion items. In that respect, I feel that I choose nature wine as a mirror that reflects myself (as a fashion item).
そのような感度の高い人が好きなナチュールワインを私も少し憧れを持って好きになっており、最近家の近くにできたナチュールワインショップで4000円もするオーストラリアのナチュールワイン（白）を買って嗜み始めました。
中トロとの相性が抜群でした。w
I also have a little admiration for nature wine, which is liked by such highly sensitive people, and I recently bought an Australian nature wine (white) for 4000 yen at a nature wine shop that opened near my house. I started to like it.
The compatibility with Chutoro was outstanding. lol
他にも北海道出身なので、北海道のナチュールワイン集めています。今この2本がスタンバイしており、早く飲みたいと思っています。
I'm also from Hokkaido, so I'm collecting natural wines from Hokkaido. These two are on standby now, and I want to drink them soon.
ナチュールワイン
なんとなく北海道のウニとチーズとペアリングしたいと思ってます。合うかはわかりませんが。w
Somehow I want to pair it with sea urchin and cheese from Hokkaido. I don't know if it will fit.
最初にお伝えした通り私はほとんどお酒が飲めないので、一本飲むのに1カ月くらいかかると思いますが、多少の酸化も熟成だと思いながら、色んな角度で楽しみたいと思います。
As I told you at the beginning, I can hardly drink alcohol, so I think it will take about a month to drink one bottle, but I would like to enjoy it from various angles, thinking that a little oxidation is aging.

いつかフルコースのペアリングに耐えられるくらいお酒が飲めるようになることを夢見て、コツコツ鍛えていきたいと思います。
