英語日記#31 天候とモチベーションについて

天候　快晴

こんばんは！30回更新したことに満足して、日記が止まっていました。これからも思考の整理に日記を書けるときに書きたいと思います。
今日は天候によるモチベーションの変化についてお話ししたいと思います。

Good evening!  Satisfied that I had updated 30 times, the diary had stopped.  From now on, I would like to write when I can write a diary to organize my thoughts.
 Today I would like to talk about the change in motivation caused by the weather.

天候の力は凄いと感じていて、特に晴れている時は恐ろしい力を持っていると思います。

自然と外に出て身体を動かしたくなるし、1日を充実させようと努力もしたくなります。

一方で雨の時は、ジメジメするし全ての事が億劫になります。

I feel that the power of the weather is amazing, especially when it is sunny, I think it has a terrible power.

 It naturally makes me want to go outside and move my body, and I also want to try to make the most of my day.

 On the other hand, when it rains, it gets damp and everything becomes a hassle.

科学的にも日光を浴びることによるホルモン分泌があるからと良く記事になっていますが本当にその通りだと感じます。

人間的にそうなので有れば、仮説として晴天が多いエリアの人はポジティブな方や意欲的な人が多いという仮説が構築できる気がします。

そこで日本の中で晴れが多いエリアを調べてみたので下記に載せます。

It is often written in articles that scientifically, there is hormone secretion due to exposure to sunlight, but I really feel that is true.

 If so, I think we can hypothesize that people in areas with a lot of fine weather tend to be positive and ambitious.

 So I looked up areas in Japan that have a lot of sunshine, so I'll post them below.

1st Place Kagawa Prefecture Approximately 250 days a year


 Second place Tokushima Prefecture Approximately 246 days a year


 Second place Ehime Prefecture Approximately 246 days a year


 4th Place Kochi Prefecture Approximately 245 days a year

 5th Place Oita Prefecture Approximately 244 days a year

瀬戸内エリアが国内で最も晴れが多いエリアなんですね。柑橘系もよく育つ理由はここにあるかもですね！

私の予想ですが、瀬戸内は今後さらに盛り上がると思います！理由はシンプルで晴れが多いので！笑
晴れていれば皆高いモチベーションを保ちながら色々進めてくれるんではないかと思います。

もし瀬戸内エリアにビーチを綺麗に整備する事ができれば世界にも誇れるリゾートエリアが完成する気が勝手にしてます。w

The Setouchi area is the area with the most sunshine in Japan.  This may be the reason why citrus fruits grow so well!

 My prediction is that Setouchi will be even more exciting in the future!  The reason is simple, because there are many sunny days!  lol
 If the weather is fine, I think everyone will be able to maintain high motivation and move forward in various ways.

 If we can improve the beach in the Setouchi area, I feel that it will be a world-class resort area.  lol
