患者の選ぶ権利アメリカでは保険によってカバレッジが異なるため、受けられる医療も少し変わってくる。逆に、高いお金を払って医療を受けているため、患者も「選ぶ権利」もある。だから、与えられた医療に納得が出来ない場合は、second opinionに近い形で別の所にいける。よって、患者も外来で冗談を言いながらフレンドリーな感じで話していても、医療者を吟味している（この医師は信用して良いのかどうか）と思う。医師側も患者の「テスト」に合格する必要がある。 患者さんの試験に合格するために
