Five Years

デビッド・ボウイが72年発表した第5作アルバム 「The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars 」の始まりの曲がFive Years。

かつて、このアルバムをよく聴いていたのだが、中でももっとも繰り返し聴いたのが、Five Years。

歌詞の内容が黙示録的で、そして美しいのだ。

最近、この曲を久しぶりに思い出し、聴き直した。
