《Recommendation for "Stay home"》 

Here in Japan the state of emergency from the Government has been announced to the entire country now, people are recommended to stay home (not restricted because there's no law about it in Japan). The same in Finland where members of King Company. And we asked the guys what they recommend when they stay home. Hope it'll be your clue to spend time at home. KC guys, thank you for your message. We are forced to live with restrictions all over the world. We hope the spread of coronavirus infection will subside.

日本でも緊急事態宣言が全国に拡大されて、"Stay home"が叫ばれています。King Companyのメンバーが住んでいるフィンランドも同様です。そこでメンバーに家でのお勧めの過ごし方を聞いてみました。 みなさんの家での過ごし方のヒントになればと思います。 メッセージを寄せてくれたKCのメンバーに感謝するとともに、コロナウイルスのこの騒動が１日も早く終息する事を祈るばかりです。

I live in Lapland so it's a bit easier to "stay" home here, cause we have lot of space. I'm pretty sure that it would be much harder to me stay home in a city, nature means so much to me. Here I can still keep social distance, and travel a different place's. I listen music a lot. In these times even more. I thinking that books, movies, music and some activities will get us through these times.

俺はラップランドに住んでいるから、ここじゃ「自宅待機」はちょっと簡単なんだ、何せ俺達には沢山場所があるからさ。街に住んでたら家に閉じこもるなんて俺にはかなり難しかっただろうなと確信してる、自然は俺にとってはとても意味がある事なんだ。ここでは社会的距離を取る事が出来ているし、別の場所へ移動もしている。音楽を沢山聴いているよ。この状況だとこれ迄以上にね。本や映画や幾らかの活動がこの難局を乗り越えさせてくれるんじゃないかな。

For life at home I suggest to work out every day, eat healthy and maintain regular rhythm. Do what you love, now there's time. Keep contact to outside world, if you live alone it can feel really lonely and oppressive. Remember this is temporary, stay positive and listen to music. I work from home and I only go for a walk or run to the park nearby or grocery store next door. Recording keyboards for King Company album and two friends's projects.

自宅で過ごすなら、毎日運動して、健康的な食事をして、日常のリズムを維持する事を勧めるよ。君が大好きな事をしようよ、だって今時間があるじゃないか。外の世界との繋がりを保つんだ、もし君が１人で暮らしているなら、とても寂しくて抑圧感が強いんじゃないかな。これは一時的な事だって忘れないで、前向きで居るんだ、そして音楽を聴こうよ。俺は自宅で仕事をしていて、近所にある公園や隣にある食料品店に行く時だけ出歩いたり走ったりしているよ。King Companyのアルバムと、２人の友達とのプロジェクト用のキーボードのパートのレコーディングをしているんだ。

Here in Finland the government restrictions are still on. The recommendation is stay at home but you can go out if you like. Some people doesn't seem to understand the corona situation and still meet socially in large groups....😣 I try to keep in shape by running which is one of my favorite hobby. Also spend my time to make good food and watched a lot of Viaplay series.... Mostly important thing is that everyone of our band KC are well and healthy👍 We are making our third album at the moment and also building our new rehearsal studio....Try to move there at the end of this month...

ここフィンランドでは政府による行動制限はまだ続いているよ。推奨されているのは家に居る事だけど、出掛けたければ出られるんだ。一部の人達はコロナウイルスの状況について理解していない様で、今も大きなグループで逢ってるんだよね...😣 俺は趣味の１つであるランニングで体型維持を心掛けているよ。 それと美味しい食事を作る事とViaplay（映像ストリーミングサービス）の番組を沢山観てた。一番大事なのはKCのみんなが無事で健康である事なのさ👍今俺達は3rdアルバムの制作中で、新しいリハーサル・スタジオの建築中でもある。今月の終わりには引っ越ししようとしてるんだ…。

I'm spending my time by renovating our new house. For others I suggest to listen to music, practice playing your instrument and take long walks outside. I hope you are doing well in Japan. I love your country. I hope to visit Japan soon after we beat this crisis.

俺は新居のリフォームをして過ごしているんだ。みんなには、音楽を聴いたり、楽器の練習をしたり、外での長めの散歩する事を勧めるよ。日本でみんなが元気な事を願ってる。俺はみんなの国が大好きなんだ。この危機を乗り越えたら、すぐにでも日本を訪れたいな。

During this corona-isolating time I have been at my home for many weeks now. It's little bit frustrating, but I try to find some positive energy from different things. I have tried to organize some King Company album recordings, when and what we can do next. But also I have read lots of books (this is one of the best ways to relax I know) I have watched many movies and series from Netflix, and I try to walk everyday keeping my mind open and get some fresh air. It's a beautiful spring here in Finland, so it's great to see that nature is waking again. I hope this situation is over soon and I hope we can play our next King Company shows soon. But before that, we need to do what we can as individuals to beat this, and we hope you there in Japan can stay safe as well.

コロナウイルスによる隔離期間中の今は、何週間も自宅待機しているんだ。ちょっとストレスが溜まるけど、様々な事から前向きなエネルギーを得られる様に努力しているよ。King Companyのアルバムのレコーディングの一部や、次にいつ何が出来るかを計画しようとした。それからたくさんの本を読んだよ（これがリラックスするには最高の方法の１つだって知ってるからさ）、Netflixで沢山映画やドラマを観たり、そして俺の心を開き続けるのと外の新鮮な空気を吸う為に毎日外を歩く様にしているんだ。フィンランドのここでは美しい春がやってきたからね、また自然が目覚めたのを見るのは素晴らしいよ。この状況が早く終わる事を望んでいるし、早く俺達が次のKing Companyのライヴを演れる事を願ってる。でもその前に、この状況を打破するために個人個人が出来る事をする必要があるんだ、そして俺達は日本に居る君達も安全で居られる事を祈ってるよ。
