Today, I'll writing about Kintsuba.

Do you know about Kintsuba? Kintsuba is Japanese traditional sweet and the local speciality of Ishikawa prefecture. I needed Kintsuba for the test of our new business, so I went to Ginza to buy it. There is a shop which has many local specialities of Ishikawa prefecture. I went the shop and bought it without any problems.

Now it is very convenient. We had to actually go there to buy the local specialty old days, now we can get the local specialties easily in Tokyo. It seems that there are many shops which has local specialities of each prefectures.

If you are interested in those shop, you can get it a try when you have time.
