Katsuki Connectionの色は、柿渋色や生成り、松葉色などの『日本の伝統色』から構成されています。日本の伝統色を使用する理由は、『限られた中で楽しんでいた』古代の日本人の精神を取り入れたいという思いからです。
今回のコレクションも、組み合わせた時に配色が美しくなるよう配色を決定しました。

江戸時代の初期あたりは、江戸、京都、東京の大きな街では商流も盛んになり、町人達の生活は、公家や武家のような贅沢な暮らしに近づき、衣服も華やかになり始めたと言われています。
その都度、幕府から奢侈（しゃし）禁止令が度々出され、人々は、茶や黒・藍・鼠色のような地味な色の着物を着るようになっていきます。

そんななか商人達は、茶や黒、藍、鼠色の地味な色に、当時人気の歌舞伎役者の名前や風流な名前をつけ楽しんだと言われています。
茶色は四十八色、鼠色は百の色、この頃に『四十八茶百鼠』が生まれました。着物の内側には鮮やかな柄物の着物を着て、粋な着こなしを楽しんでいたそうです。

Katsuki Connection's colors are composed of <traditional Japanese colors> such as persimmon tannin, raw silk, and pine needle colors. The reason for using traditional Japanese colors is to incorporate the spirit of the ancient Japanese, who "enjoyed themselves with limited resources.
I decided on the color scheme for this collection as well, so that the color scheme would be beautiful when combined.

In the early Edo period (1603-1867), commerce flourished in the large cities of Edo, Kyoto, and Tokyo, and the lives of the townspeople became closer to the luxurious lifestyles of the court nobles and samurai, and their clothing began to become more glamorous.

At the same time, the shogunate often issued a ban on luxuries, and people began to wear subdued colors such as brown, black, indigo, and rat-colored kimonos.
It is said that merchants enjoyed wearing the sober colors of brown, black, indigo, and rat, giving them the names of popular Kabuki actors of the time or other elegant names.

Around this time, the famous Japanese classic colors, 48 browns and 100 grays, were created.

They enjoyed dressing in style by wearing brightly patterned kimonos inside their kimonos.
