#1.What is "xtrip"?
What is "xtrip"?
To put it simply, it is an application to earn money by "traveling"!
What in the world does it mean to earn money by traveling?
It is strange, isn't it...?
I digress a little, but the first half of 2022 was the heyday of Move To Earn.
Move To Earn was in its heyday.
(Often abbreviated! I will henceforth abbreviate it as "M2E.")
Starting with STEPN,
many projects have emerged
in the Web3 world.
And there was a great deal of excitement.
(There are so many different kinds,
I won't even try to give you case studies! LOL)
In the era of such M2E warfare
We are about to start a new project called "xtrip".

The founder is a Japanese, Mr. Takaya.
And
They are also the face of the investment decision criteria for the Web3 project.

This app is currently in a testing period.
Shoes NFT only.
However, it appears that other NFTs will appear either at the time of the production app release, or some time after the release!

#4.How do I earn money?
There are two ways to earn money.
You can earn XTR tokens by moving around.
You can earn XTR by registering for a spot.
Moving on and earning money is a common method in other M2E's!
You can earn in-game tokens by walking or running equipped with the NFTs.
The xtrip tokens are

The NFT Efficiency value
is calculated as follows.
In other words, the more spots you travel through, the more you save.
At xtrip, as you can see from the types of NFTs above
You can earn tokens for basically
any kind of travel!
(Surprisingly, this may be a first
in the M2E world!)
Thus, even if you are not a fan of exercise Even those
who are busy with work can participate.
This is crazy easy to use, isn't it?
I also have days when it rains and I don't want to go for a walk or
Even on days when I can't take a walk.
I can still earn tokens by driving around, passing spots, and registering!
And the even more exciting part is...
In the past, M2E has had
You had a very strict time constraint.
・You can walk again after ~~ hours.
・You have to keep running at a speed of kilometers per hour within ...
However, in the case of xtrip
this limit can be divided into
Distance and Life Time
Distance means, as in other M2E ,
It is the daily distance limit.
Life Time is the time limit for a day.
The total distance that can be traveled
in the NFT.
The left image below shows Distance and the right image shows Life Time.
In the case of the above image,
The Distance walked per day is 21.0 km
NFT's overall mileage is 120.0 km
That's enough, right?
Not many people walk 21.0 km a day.
(It may vary depending on the level and the number of NFTs you have.）
Travel is the theme of this project.
the restrictions are much lower than other M2E projects!
Another way to earn money
What is spot registration?
In short, it's "registering a tourist spot!"

That's what it means!
In addition, you can apply to register a spot.
If approved, you will earn additional tokens.
*How to register is explained in #6.
Currently, restaurants and bars are not allowed to earn tokens.
Chain restaurants such as
beef bowl restaurants
and convenience stores are also excluded.
But other spots that
should not be able to earn tokens,
such as commercial facilities with a large number of registered users,
may have some opportunities later on!
・Spot registrations ranking
・When a guest visits a registered spot,
the registrant earns a token.
Thus, you may gain after a while,
not right now!

Registration Basis
・People go there to
experience something new
・...places that lead to new trips.
・Places with tourist elements
Those are the two bases for spot registration!
Future beta releases will allow users to submit reviews and photos.
If a reservation is ever generated from a spot that a user has registered,
the user will be able to earn additional tokens.
#6.How to use the app
When you open the application, you will first see this screen.
First, we must secure NFT Shoes!
Tap the picture that looks like a store in the bottom column!
You will then see the following screen!
Choose one of your favorite Shoes here!
The test player has enough XTR to buy one Shoes to start with.
Don't worry about that!
And when buying Shoes in the testing phase,
you will not be able to see the status or other information prior to purchase.
Simply choose the design you like!
Next!
Once you've bought the shoes,
tap the picture of the rocket to see if you've bought one!
The above images are already leveled up by me walking around during the testing period.
At the time of purchase it is lvl 0!
Well, well, well.
Now that you have completed your purchase, let's start our journey 🚶.
Tap the picture of the shoe at the bottom of the above image!
You will then be taken to the following screen.
Press Start on the above screen!
You will then see the following screen
Make sure the screen is transitioning!
Once checked, press "Confirm" to get started!
（Sometimes it doesn't move to this screen and you can't get started!）
As you start and move,
the paths you travel turn blue!
The more spots you can register around you as you move,
the more XTRs you'll accumulate!
And if you have a means of transportation that allows you to
stop in place at will, such as biking or walking, STOP once !!!!
Tap the small "+" on the right side of the spot's location!
Then the spot registration screen will appear.
You'll see an "Add new spot" registration screen like this,
so let's register that tourist attraction!
*You won't be able to post photos during the test period, but you will be able to post photos on the live app!
Once you've filled out the registration details,
tap the orange "Add new" button below!
Then the following screen will appear
and your registration application is complete!
At this point,
registration has not been completed
and no XTR will be granted.
The management will email you the acceptance or rejection of your registration!
If you pass, you will be given an XTR later!
If you fail, only the XTR for that spot will not be awarded!
You can rest assured that your move will be reflected in the results.
Don't worry!
After completing the registration application.
You will be returned to the original moving screen, so please continue with the same procedure until you reach your destination.
When you are done moving.
Tap the red frame on the screen below!
After that
The screen shows how much XTR you have earned and returns to the screen before you earned the original amount.
If you forgot to register any additional spots,
you may want to list them in "Add new" on this last screen!
But the basics are more reliable on the move!
Unless there's a particular spot you've forgotten.
Tap "Skip this step" and that's it!
That's it!
Tap the picture of the rocket and
then tap the Shoes image
to switch to the leveling and repair screen as shown below, so level up or repair according to the XTR you have!
These are the basic instructions for use!
＜Precautions during the test period＞
Once the Life time of one Shoes is over,
it cannot be recovered.
No further testing is possible.
To avoid such a situation.
When you save up 100 XTR,
buy another pair and level up a little bit!
Then, when
If your Life time is running low,
you can change into the Shoes you have added in advance
and your Life time will be restored!
When changing shoes
Tap "Select main item" shown in the red frame of the following image.
You are now ready to change to new shoes!
※Do not switch screens until the message "Select main item" disappears!
It usually disappears after two taps!
#7.Recommended Usage
I'll just share with you my brief recommendations on how I'm using it!
1.when you're strolling through town, start the app and get started!
＜For a developed city＞
There are so many spots
where you can get XTR's for both passing through and registering.
You can save quite a bit just by starting up!
＜In the countryside＞
You'll save more if you go to an area that is a tourist attraction!
You can save money just by taking a walk along a country road,
but you cannot save much.
2.If you know the spot you will visit in advance, write a spot application letter.
Personally, I highly recommend this approach!
The benefits are twofold!
・No more thinking and writing spot applications on the road.
→This is a huge advantage!
If you are traveling alone,
you can take your time to think and write.
However, if you are traveling with a friend, lover, or family member and stop at a tourist spot to write an application,
how would the people you are traveling with feel?
It gives the impression that you are only playing with your phone,
which may not create a very good atmosphere...
And by thinking through your application statement in advance,
you can avoid this situation!
And the quality of the content is high.
You can find out about your destination in advance!
・You can concentrate on the destination.

you will enjoy your trip well!
#8.My personal expectations for "xtrip
From here on out,
this is entirely my own personal expectations for xtrip in the future,
so don't even try to contact the officials!
What I am looking forward to is the establishment of an 'xtrip economic zone'.
The world has not yet developed a legal framework for virtual currencies,
and awareness of Web 3.0 is low.
But that will gradually improve.
”xtrip” may be able to build a large economic zone.
First of all,
we believe that the application targets people
who like to travel and go out, so it is conceivable that
we will cooperate with the tourism industry.
（The management has already announced that cooperation
with the tourism industry will be done later.）
Imagine a future where crypto assets are popularized by the general public as digital currency around the world.
For example...
If you make a reservation at a ryokan that is registered as a spot on the xtrip application through the "xtrip_travel" website
・The reservation holder will receive ~% in tokens or virtual currency.
・The registrant side will receive ~% in tokens or virtual currency.
Distribution of tokens and virtual currency through the reservation system.
And of course, maybe a discount service in the works!
Also, payment, discounts, and distribution of tokens and virtual currency at restaurants.
If xtrip had built such an economic sphere in the future, and you continued with the app, what do you think would be waiting for you down the road?
