I read the explanation of the reference book and solved the exercise
problem repeatedly. I solved all the problems the first time and
repeatedly solved the wrong problem after the second time.
By this method the score increased from 580 points to 700 points in half
a year. By continuing this method it has increased to 835 points in a year
from there. Regarding English words, it was enough to remember what
repeatedly appears in the exercises of reference book.
