こんにちは！　今更感はありますがAJRのWorld's Smallest Violinを訳してみました。楽しんでいただければ幸いです。
（下記に追記でメモを書きました。長々となってしまいましたが良ければどうぞお読みください。）

【追記：メモ】
- Play one's world's smallest violin 
直訳「世界最小のバイオリンを弾いて聴かせる」

ネットで調べた限りでは、、
「聴き手から同情を得ようと自分の身の上を誇張すると思われる人に対して（皮肉っぽく）答える」
（respond to people who are believed to be exaggerating their situation to gain sympathy from the listener）
という意味だそう。

つまり、バイオリンを弾くのは、悲劇のヒロイン／ヒーローぶってる人ではなく、その人の愚痴を聞かされて、「はいはい」と答える聴き手のほう、となります。共感がないことを示すために使われるのだそう。

そのため、歌詞に出て来る「the world's smallest violin」を上記の成句で解釈すると違和感があります。

恐らく、歌詞の「the world's smallest violin」は、この成句とは無関係だと思います。そのため、僕の訳ではこの成句との関係は無視しています。

TikTokを通じてヒットしたというこの曲、「the world's smallest violin」や「blow up」などの単語はTikTokでも使われている（らしい）ので、TikTokで使われている言葉をちりばめて歌詞を作ったのかもしれませんね。
