ご挨拶： 株式会社いろむすびです。
株式会社いろむすび・代表取締役の古林拓也（ふるばやしたくや）と申します。
私たちは、新潟村上の 天然山菜 を、６０代のかかさ（お母ちゃん）が丁寧な手仕事で灰汁抜きをし、佃煮惣菜に仕上げお届けする 地域商社 です。
山菜を摘み、灰汁を抜き、初物を口にしていただく。
そんな、「からだに季節が巡る一口」を、お客様にお届けしたいと考えています。
My name is Takuya FURUBAYASHI, a founder and CEO of Iromusubi Co., Ltd.
We are a local trading company that delivers natural wild vegetables from Niigata Murakami, which are hand-prepared by women in her 60's.
We pick the wild vegetables, remove the lye, and offer our customers a taste of the season.
We hope to provide our customers with "a bite that brings the seasons to your body".
私たちの地域のご紹介：
新潟県村上市。雪解け由来の水、土、空気。豊かな自然に育まれた山菜。山菜をつなぐ、二つの事業。
私たちの住むまちは、新潟県村上市。県の最北に位置しています。
山、川、海に囲まれたこの地域では、朝日連峰・飯豊連峰の雪解け由来の水、土、空気により、豊かな自然が育まれました。
歴史・伝統・食などの魅力にもあふれています。日本屈指の透明度を誇る日本海の名刹「笹川流れ」や、村上鮭の塩引（しおびき）は、これまで多くの方に愛されてきました。
この地域で採れる 天然山菜 も、地域の恵みの一つです。
天然山菜をつかった佃煮惣菜で、新潟県村上市の地域の魅力を、皆様にお届けしたい。
そのような思いで、二つの事業を展開してまいりました。
We live in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture. It is located in the northernmost part of the prefecture.
Surrounded by mountains, rivers, and the sea, the area has nurtured a rich natural environment with water, soil, and air derived from melting snow in the rugged mountains.
The region is also rich in history, tradition, and food. The region has been famous for its sightseeing spots on the Sea of Japan, one of the clearest in Japan, and for its dried salmon.
Natural wild vegetables from this area are also one of the blessings of the region.
We have developed two businesses in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, with the hope of bringing the charm of the region to you through prepared foods made from natural wild vegetables.

これまでの活動経緯 ①：
お客さまにお届けしたい、「からだに季節が巡る一口」
私たちには、お客さまに お届けしたい価値 があります。
そのアイデアの着想は、代表・古林が東京で働いていた頃の経験にさかのぼります。
毎日の食事は間に合わせ、時間に追われるように働く。季節感を失い、毎日が灰色のような生活でした。
そんな折に、ひとり暮らしの部屋に届いたのは、故郷からの土のついた季節のお野菜。
生かじりをすると、いつしか忘れていた、懐かしい 季節のめぐり が体の中に呼び覚まされました。
この時の 原体験 が、私たちの提供価値の根っこです。
私たちはお客さまに、天然山菜をつかった佃煮惣菜を通じて、
心とからだがほどけてゆくような からだに季節が巡る一口 をお届けしたいと考えてまいりました。
We have a value we want to deliver to our customers.
The inspiration for this idea goes back to the experience of the CEO, Furubayashi myself, when I was working in Tokyo.
I was always working in a time-crunched environment, making sure I had enough food for every meal. He lost a sense of the seasons, and his life seemed gray every day.
Then, seasonal vegetables with soil from my hometown arrived in my room where I lived alone.
As I nibbled on them, they awakened in my body a nostalgic sense of the seasons that I had somehow forgotten.
This original experience is the root of the value we provide.
We have always wanted to provide our customers with a bite that brings the seasons to their bodies, as if their hearts and bodies are being unwound through prepared foods made with natural wild vegetables.
これまでの活動経緯 ② ：
山菜を通して、地域が持続するためのしくみづくり。
私たちは事業を通じ、お客さまに価値をお届けすると同時に、
地元地域への 社会的な意義 も見出してきました。
新潟県村上市には、「空き家」「山菜」「田畑」など活用されていない地域の恵みが、まだまだ沢山あります。
また、元気で生き生きと働くことのできる６０代以上の女性の方々が沢山いらっしゃいました。
「山菜」を通して、地域の資源を生かし、みなさまが元気で働いてくださる地域のしくみをつくりたい。

に、私たちは取り組んでまいりました。
Through our business, we have been delivering value to our customers while at the same time finding social significance for the local community.
In Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, there are still many underutilized local blessings such as "vacant houses," "wild vegetables," and "rice paddies.
There are also many women in their 60s and older who are energetic and active in their work.
Through "wild vegetables," we would like to create a community structure that makes the most of local resources and encourages everyone to work energetically.

本ご報告の背景 ①：
突然の営業停止。豪雨水害で全てが水に浸かってしまいました。
２０２２年８月３日新潟県村上市は、突然の 豪雨水害 に見舞われます。
私たちの食品加工場・産直店は、 床上浸水 の被害に遭いました。
床上６０センチの泥水浸水により、冷蔵ショーケース、空調設備、店舗什器、店舗内装、ギフト用梱包資材、キッチンカーは使用が不可能に。
私たちが提供する主な食材・山菜は、春の食べ物です。その年の春に一年間分の原材料を収穫し、塩漬け・冷凍にして貯蔵庫に蓄えます。その蓄えていた来春分までの原材料は、ほとんどが廃棄になりました。
被害額は１〜２千万円にのぼり、自社の食品加工場・産直店は現在、営業停止を余儀なくされています。
On August 3, 2022, Murakami City in Niigata Prefecture was suddenly hit by torrential flooding.
Our food processing plant and direct produce store suffered from flooding above the floor.
Due to the flooding, our refrigerated showcases, air conditioning system, store fixtures, store interior, gift packaging materials, and kitchen cars were rendered unusable.
The main ingredients and wild plants we offer are spring foods. We harvest a year's worth of raw materials in the spring of that year, salt them, freeze them, and store them in our storage facility. Most of the stored raw materials for the next spring were discarded.
The damage amounted to 10 to 20 million yen, and the company's food processing plants and produce stores have been forced to suspend operations.
本ご報告の背景 ②：
代表・古林の家庭事情について
みなさまに、もうひとつお伝えしなければならないことがございます。
代表・古林は京都府京田辺市の出身です。京都には古林の実家があり、父親と母親が暮らしています。
タイミングは重なり、新潟豪雨水害が発生した同じ週、実家の父親に病気が発覚。中・長期の入院・治療を余儀なくされました。（診断名：急性前骨髄球性白血病）
実家の父は自営業を営んでおりますが、高齢の父親が体力を必要とする今の仕事を続けていくことについて、家族や医師と話し合いました。
また同居をしている母親の足が不自由なこともあり、実家の自営業・生活の立て直しが必要となりました。
代表・古林に 二つのハードシップ が同時にふりかかりました。
We have one more thing to tell you.
The CEO, Furubayashi myself, was born in Kyotanabe City, Kyoto Prefecture. My father and mother also live in Kyoto.
The timing of the misfortune coincided, and the same week that the torrential flooding in Niigata occurred, the father of the family was diagnosed with an acute illness. My father had to be hospitalized and treated for a long time. (Diagnosis: acute promyelocytic leukemia)
My father runs a business, and the doctor advised me that it would probably be difficult for him to continue his current job, which requires a lot of physical strength for an aging father.
In addition, my mother, who lives with my father, is crippled. Therefore, it became necessary to rebuild both the business and the life of the family home.
Two hardships fell upon FURUBAYASHI at the same time.
二つのハードシップ、二つの願い：
もう一度、天然山菜をお届けしたい。そして、京都の親にも報いたい。
全てが水に浸かってしまった食品加工場・産直店。目の前の状況に、私は立ち尽くしました。
「事業を再開するのは、到底無理だ。」
目の前の被害の大きさと、その先に待ち構える途方もない道のりに、素直にそう感じました。
しかし、そんな被災直後の私たちの前に、災害ボランティアに駆けつけてくださったみなさま、お見舞い金・救援物資のお申し出や激励のメッセージをくださったみなさまの姿。
「みなさまが、私たちを愛してくださっている。
このお気持ちに、お応えしたい。」
次第に、このような気持ちが湧いてまいりました。
皆さんにもう一度、私たちの天然山菜をお届けしたい。食べた瞬間に、心が彩り豊かな春に変わるような、苦味。かかさ（お母ちゃん）の真心こもった天然山菜をお届けしたい。
みなさまより、勇気を頂き、強くそう願いました。
それと同時に、京都で自分のことを精一杯育てくれた両親について、深く考える時間をもちました。決して裕福な家庭ではありませんでしたが、地元で自営業を営み、質素倹約しながら、何不自由なく私立の大学・大学院まで通わせてくれたことを思い返しました。
今の自分だからこそ、実家の両親にできることを、報いたい。京都の親にも、今この状況できちんと報いたい。
私の中に 二つの願い が湧いてまいりました。

I honestly felt that way because of the magnitude of the damage and the tremendous road that lay ahead of us.
However, we were met with the sight of everyone who had rushed to our aid immediately after the disaster, offering donations of sympathy money and relief supplies, and sending us messages of encouragement.
We felt that "everyone loves us. We want to respond to your kindness.
Gradually, we began to feel this way.
We would like to offer our natural wild vegetables to you once again. The bitter taste that will change your heart into a colorful spring at the moment you eat it. We want to bring you natural wild vegetables made with the sincerity of our mothers.
We received courage from everyone and strongly wished so.
At the same time, I had time to think deeply about my parents, who raised me to the best of their ability in Kyoto. Although they were not a wealthy family, they ran their own business in their hometown and were frugal, allowing me to attend private universities and graduate schools without any inconvenience.
Because of who I am now, I want to repay what I can do for my parents at home. I also want to repay my parents in Kyoto for what they have done for me.
Two wishes came to my mind.
私たちの決意：
私は京都に、でも事業も必ず復興させる。
話し合いの末、古林は２０２３年１月末に株式会社いろむすび・代表取締役を退任し、京都の父親の事業を引き継ぐことにいたしました。
２０２３年２月株式会社いろむすびの経営は、新体制にバトンを渡すこととなりました。
古林は、今回の新潟豪雨による自社の経営再建と実家の自営業・家庭の立て直しの両方に取り組んでまいります。２０２２年１０月より京都に段階的に長期滞在をし、京都の事業の支援を行うとともに、新潟の事業再建に取り組みます。また、２０２３年１月末に代表取締役を退任し、２０２３年４月に京都に転居をいたします。
We held discussions and as a result, Furubayashi will step down as CEO of Iromusubi Co., Ltd. at the end of January 2023 and take over his father's business in Kyoto.
In February 2023, we decided to hand over the management of Iromusubi Co., Ltd. to a new CEO.
Furubayashi myself will work on both the restructuring of the company in Niigata and rebuilding his parents' business and family life. I will stay in Kyoto for an extended period of time in stages, starting in October 2022, to support the Kyoto business and work on the restructuring of the Niigata business. In addition, I will step down as CEO at the end of January 2023 and move to Kyoto in April 2023.

今回、皆さまへできる限り直接お会いしてご報告させていただこうといたしました。
しかしながら、限られた時間の中で、全ての皆様にそうすることが物理的に叶いません。

皆さまからの多大なご支援をいただき、泥のかき出しや災害ごみの搬出などの一次対応を完了することができました。
二つのハードニップが待ち受ける厳しい道のりを思うと、心が折れそうになるときもありましたが、これまで訪れてくださったお客様の笑顔と、被災後いただいた多くの激励のおかげで、私たちは目の前の困難に立ち向かっていくことが出来ています。
必ずやこの目の前の取り組みを成功させ、山菜を通して皆様にまた笑顔を届けられるよう、事業再開のため全力で取り組んでまいります。

With your generous support, we were able to complete the primary response, which included shoveling out the mud and hauling away the disaster waste.
There were times when I felt my heart breaking as I thought of the tough road ahead with two hard nips waiting for us, but thanks to the smiling faces of our visitors and the many encouragements we have received since the disaster, we have been able to face the challenges ahead of us.
We will do our utmost to resume our business so that we will surely succeed in our efforts in front of us and bring smiles to everyone's faces again through wild vegetables.
